Negative experience: I was scared of ESTEPONA, it was more beautiful years ago. Besides, now you CANNOT CIRCULATE next to the beach, and I got so lost trying to find the way via Marbella... so for me, there's not much more to visit.

So beatiful, well-groomed, well projected. The promenade is very clean and organized. Green and many flowers. I am so happy with my visit.

Historical sights are relatively few, but the place impresses with its village-like and cozy character.

In summary, Estepona and its Promenade are charming destinations that combine natural beauty with Spanish hospitality.

Positive experience: Its a pretty bland city with not much to see but if you want to eat churros you need to go in the morning as all the churrias close after 1 as it is very common for breakfast. The old town was very quiet. 4/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: I loved Estepona. I was very surprised to see a clean, tidy city with TONS OF FLOWERS, because they say that with this heat we have on the Costa del Sol, flowers? It's impossible!!! Well, yes, Estepona has a beautiful charm, especially the area of the Paseo Maritimo and then, all the little corners of the center or old town, with narrow streets and squares. With beautiful shops and plenty of dining options for all tastes and budgets. Additionally, near the Orquidiario (which is well worth a visit for being a wonderful green space due to the beauty of the orchids but also for the waterfall and small artificial lake it has... I'll leave it there...) there are several buildings with murals that are definitely worth seeking out and taking photos.

The locals are very welcoming to visitors, very kind. You can come to Estepona, you will surely be surprised and will take away a magnificent experience.

Positive experience: I love Estepona, but: Due to the construction work from Bikini Beach to the post office, along with dust and noise, the rest of the beautiful part of the city does not stand out. What a pity! Maybe everything will be finished next year. ☺️
