Negative experience: Disappointing, frankly everything started well and Jesús did his job, the apartment was lowered by this real estate agency without the owner's consent, so after we reserved the apartment, they accepted an offer that according to the owner he never accepted and a few days later when we have to call him because the appraiser is going, he informs us that the garage is no longer for sale, that the owner does not accept the offer. We believe they have not worked diligently. The apartment is advertised with another real estate agency 40,000 euros above our supposedly accepted offer, because the other real estate agency did not lower the price without the owner's consent.

Negative experience: Al quitar la luz de obra de la urbanización, por un problema de plazos, estuvimos cinco días sin electricidad. Al preguntar si se podía hacer algo al respecto mientras se cumplían los plazos, contestaron que lo preguntarían, resultando que, después de la "consulta" me dicen que no se puede hacer nada que ya depende de la empresa suministradora. Pero en el piso piloto, sin tener contador, no les faltó la electricidad. Era evidente que sí se podía hacer algo, pero, he deducido que, no les importó que estuviésemos viviendo en la vivienda sin electricidad durante cinco días. Comprenderán que después de la mala experiencia recomiendo que no confíen en todo lo que dicen. No sé si me mintió la inmobiliaria o a la inmobiliaria les mintió la promotora. Lo que está claro es que la falta de empatía ante un problema que tenía fácil solución, nadie se preocupó.
