Negative experience: After two years waiting for them to come and fix the botched jobs in a new apartment that is less than two years old, they tell me they don’t take responsibility for anything and that I should do what I have to do. I find it shameful and very unprofessional to say that to a customer who has just bought an apartment. All the neighbors are unhappy with Inka. Very little word from José Enrique and his partners. I would think twice about buying an apartment from these people. Thank you. I leave you photos and videos.

Negative experience: La cantidad de domicilios y locales lúdicos que había disponibles en esta inmobiliaria atrajo mi atención. La inmobiliaria como tal bien, al principio todo muy bien... Las restauraciones y el personal adjunto para la restauración del hogar que compré (pintor, albañiles...) ofrecidos por la propia inmobiliaria de pésima calidad, irresponsables y algo maleducados. No hicieron para nada bien su trabajo, con meses de retraso y dejaron trajines sin terminar... Y al agente de la inmobiliaria no parecía importarle mucho. Yo recomiendo comprar las viviendas a presupuesto cerrado y todo completamente desglosado para evitar los abusos y las reformas sólo con gente de tu confianza (no como hice yo).
