I also have to say that I am very unhappy after finishing all the paperwork with the bank they work with, because they put a security door for squatters in the house and then the damage left because of that door is not fixed and you have to fix it yourself. One thing is to leave the house as it is, and another is that, plus the damages they cause with their security measures. If I keep the house as it is, then they should leave the door too. Don't take it away and then leave it with my door full of holes... Six months fighting to have it fixed, I have to look for a bricklayer because they tell me to check it myself and then they say they won't take responsibility... And now I have to pay for it out of my own pocket. Keep it in mind when buying a house, don't have the same disappointment as I did.

Negative experience: After 4 months since I left my apartment, they still haven't returned my deposit for the flat I rented with them. They are not trustworthy people; if you are not careful, they will fool you. Poor organization and bad treatment. To claim the €350 and file a complaint, the police came because the girl there said she wouldn't give it to me, and I'm still waiting. I do not recommend them (on top of that, you treat me like a liar). When the police arrived because of an incompetent person working there who thought she was better than everyone else, she got sassy with me (Veronica) and told me that she didn't have to give me a complaint form. What a shameless person you are, fake people, and untrustworthy. You were the ones who conspired with the owner and deceived me by saying that the appliances needed to be checked. I showed up with the police at the real estate agency because you didn't want to give me a complaint form, and in the end, you gave it to me with the police. I am still waiting for the money, and I will go back there, and I hope to see you, Veronica.

Negative experience: Bad treatment, very inattentive, they are only there for their own gain and do not care about wasting your time. Very poor customer service. I contacted them to see two apartments, decided that I wanted to stay in one of them, and was informed of the requirements, although they also embellished the rental process. They pressured me because it was a 'high-demand' apartment. Basically, they made me believe that with my demonstrable solvency and paying more than two months, plus providing documentation for the rent guarantee insurance, I could meet the owner of the apartment and move in because 'money is what interests them the most.' They made me travel from Alicante to Elda with 1000 euros in my pocket, and when I arrived for the appointment, another person (a woman) told me that without documentation for the insurance, there was nothing they could do. They hadn’t even informed the owner, but assured me during the visit that I met the profile and that they knew the owner and could handle it. They sent me home, and I had to speed up my work processes (I am self-employed) to submit more documentation because 'they would hold it for a day.' Even after speeding things up, they wouldn’t accept the papers I had. Then they went on vacation for a month, and when they returned on September 1st, I contacted them to submit more papers because the apartment was still available. I was not only quick; I even presented a guarantor and they did nothing with my documentation, nor did they inform me if they would proceed or not. They put me in contact with another person who had also seen the apartment, apparently after me. Although I made it clear in August that I was still interested, they did not take me into account. And of course, until they officially rented it out, I received no response. They didn’t pass my documentation to the insurance that responds in 24 hours, to even know if I could see other apartments with them if I passed the filter. Conclusion: smoke and mirrors, lies, they present well but then do not take you into account and play with your time and your money (because yes, speeding up my registration as self-employed cost me the proportional part of a normal fee and I did not have any discounts for being the first time registering in more than two years). In short, I would go to request the complaint form, but I do not want to waste more time after reading other comments.
