Negative experience: I couldn't give it 0 stars because it doesn't allow you to. It's clear that to get a house, first comes the connection and then the interested party.

Negative experience: The treatment is pitiful; they are neither clear nor efficient with the customer. On the contrary, they try to deceive you for their own benefit.

Negative experience: Lack of professionalism and absolute transparency. I called to schedule a visit to an apartment since the end of August… They have been giving me the runaround from the very beginning, first telling me that the advisor had not yet started showing the property, then that he was on vacation, always saying that they would call me the following week and not to worry because as soon as visits started, I would be the first to see it, since I was the first to contact (the same day the ad was published). This went on for 3 weeks. I called again and they told me that for sure they would call me next week on Tuesday (meaning this week), which never happened. I called again, and finally managed to get the advisor's phone number. They told me that the apartment is already in the process of being sold. Great!! Note the irony… you kept me confused and deceived for almost a month saying that according to order, I would be the first to visit, and all for what? In case the offer fell through for the person you were holding it for, which I hope was very close to you to have such a lack of professionalism towards a client. IN SHORT, AN ABSOLUTE SHAME, I would not recommend their services to my worst enemy.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Suzanna and Century 21 on buying our apartment .The customer service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble.Always answering our questions quickly. We really appreciate Suzanna with helping us to open our bank account by translating everything from Spanish to English and to Gaston and Domingo on the smooth transition on the purchase of the apartment. All you guys exceeded our expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had to add this on as it’s nearly a year since we bought our apartment and based in Ireland we could only come to Spain this year for a short time so when we did come Suzanna had everything that we needed sorted ( electricity/water /communal rates and all tax etc )this service has proven invaluable to us and we couldn’t imagine even attempting to go about this whole process again out thanks and praise to Suzanna and her team in Century 21 almerimar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
