Negative experience: My experience has been terrible. I signed a purchase proposal as a deposit, which meant that if I regretted it, I would lose the money I had paid, and on the contrary, if the seller regretted it, they would have to pay me double within 4 months. Three months later, they sold the property, and German tells me that the signed document is worthless. I feel scammed and that they have played with my feelings. So I filed a complaint and it is in the hands of my lawyer. Be very careful with what you sign; it turns out they then use it as they please.
