The price was set by the real estate agency. *The deposit, even though I was certain there was no financing problem, was kept in the real estate agency's account for 2 months. *Request to be up to date with the property was indicated to me 3 days before the signing. *On the signing day, only the buyers were called in advance, etc., everything very professional. My only demand, after communicating to the real estate agency that I had lost trust due to the continuous half-truths and abandonment during the process, was to make a deposit contract with the buyers, which was done 6 days before the signing. It is obvious that this way of proceeding is the company's norm. Lastly, we agree on something. I already told you over the phone that, of course, you were not going to look for new housing for me. I am also not a client for your real estate agency. NOTE: Now I am certain that the interests that prevailed were those of the buyers-friends of the real estate agency.
