Negative experience: Terrible service from Mrs. Sara, the real estate manager. She asks for all the documents via email and inquires about personal matters that are not relevant and are not legal requirements. She scheduled a visit for me today, and when I was about to arrive at the apartment, she told me that she had to cancel the visit and it was already reserved without notifying me in advance. I find it disrespectful because everyone’s time is valuable.

Negative experience: First of all, I'm surprised that there are so many positive reviews for this agency. I would like to think that they are from people who are still renting from them and that they are not fake reviews, as the real nightmare comes when you decide to terminate the contract with them. I have read some more reviews about it, so it seems to be their modus operandi. At the moment they rent you the place, everything is 'fine', overlooking any damages or cleanliness issues with which they deliver the apartment. However, at the time of signing the contract termination and handing over the keys, the situation changes completely. They will try to blame you for any damages that existed in the property before you moved in, you will show with photos and videos that those damages were prior to your arrival, but they will still keep inventing things to lower the deposit amount as much as possible. In our case, at the key handover and after an almost CSI inspection of the apartment, we signed the contract termination without damages, despite disrespectful comments and totally intrusive behaviors from the sales representative Sara. Even so, since then we have had to endure daily threats that they will deduct damages from the deposit that we did not cause. Moreover, it seems that they take advantage of the night to convey these comments, enduring threats even at midnight for a month when we already had our signed document stating that the property was delivered without damages. Our advice is to take photos and videos of everything you find when you move in and be patient because they will fight tooth and nail for that deposit.

Negative experience: When renting with this agency, be very careful as they put many obstacles to return the full deposit. My partner and I rented an apartment, and the agency representative (Sara) did not accompany us for the key handover or to see the condition of the apartment; we did this directly with the owner, who showed us the damages in the apartment (the ones that were very evident). However, no one from the agency cared to check the conditions of the apartment at the time of the key handover, which was done at the time of signing the contract. On the same day when we were handing over the keys, they wanted us to sign (which we did not sign) a contract to retain the deposit until the new tenants checked the appliances over a period of 14 days. We did not sign that contract, and the owner and the real estate agency adulterated their copies by crossing out that clause, while our copy with their respective signatures was not crossed out. They made us pay for a repair that we were not responsible for since we left that property with everything working perfectly. Not to mention that on the same day we handed over the keys, the new tenants arrived while we were handing over the keys. When we insisted on handing over the keys before that date, notifying both Sara and the owner of the apartment more than a month in advance that we were leaving and agreeing on the date three days before the actual day, precisely so that the condition of the apartment could be checked in those three days since we left the apartment, and that same night the new tenants moved in. Three days later, we received a call saying that there was a washing machine to be repaired (for which we were not responsible) and several other things that they notified us three days after people were already living in that property.
