Fantastic experience: The personalized attention at all times from Patricia and Jesús has been unbeatable, they not only facilitated the entire process that buying a home entails, but they have also been approachable and accessible regarding all our doubts and concerns... without a doubt, I recommend their services.

Negative experience: When I went to ask them, the commissions were embarrassing, I urge anyone looking for a house to run away from them. But on top of that, now as a homeowner in the same neighborhood, they knock on my door daily to ask if I'm selling my house or if I know any neighbors who want to do so. They are annoyingly persistent. Don't knock on my door ever again, pests.

Negative experience: Fatal. After driving for 40 minutes to see an apartment, I arrive there and they tell me that if I don’t do the financial study with them, I wouldn’t have the option to buy, even though I have already completed all the procedures with my bank. We didn't even see the apartment. Disappointing.

From the first contact, everything was kindness and ease to arrange the visit and the necessary procedures. However, due to an unforeseen event, I cannot continue with the process, but I want this review to highlight Adrián's professionalism in his work and for his company. Negative experience: I had a scheduled visit for a day with a set time, and they reserved the apartment two days prior without notifying me. They planned to inform me the day before at 8 PM, knowing that this apartment was already booked. They told me that they also get left hanging, as if all customers were the same. What a company policy to notify just the day before! The right thing would have been to cancel all visits for that apartment. What a lack of professionalism! I won't give 0 stars only because I can't, out of shame.
