Fantastic experience: A close and professional real estate agency. Alejandro helped us throughout the process of buying a house. From minute one, he assisted us and advised us on what we were looking for. He was attentive to us at all times and kept us updated on how the operation was going, notifying us about everything that was being done up until the day we signed the mortgage. Upon leaving, he helped us with the change of ownership for water and gas, and even wrote to the manager for the change of ownership for the community, without any additional cost beyond what was agreed upon from the start. I highly recommend putting yourself in his hands, and I recommend him 100%.

Negative experience: A true disgrace.

Negative experience: Be very careful with this real estate agency, especially with Alejandro. We bought an apartment in San Fernando de Henares and he promised to fix the defects that the apartment had, but it's been more than a year of him stalling. Every time we have talked to him to fix it, I have written to him and achieved nothing, and most of the time he doesn't even reply, and when he does, it's to play the offended party. Really, be very careful with this person. He's not trustworthy.

Negative experience: It is clear that the people who give 5 stars are family and friends, because this real estate agency only dedicates itself to scamming, at least the one on Méjico street in Coslada. In response to the owner, I did not say I was a client, but I do know more than one person who has had direct dealings with you and frankly, I find it regrettable.

Negative experience: Alejandro from this real estate agency, for saying that I had given exclusivity to another real estate agency, proceeded to assert that my mother, an elderly person with heart problems, had covid and therefore could not show the apartment. Be careful, because if you don't do it their way, they play with the health of others for their own benefit. By the way, my mother never left the house due to being at high risk, and she NEVER had covid.

Fantastic experience: First of all, I am not related, nor do I have any non-professional ties, but I want to share my experience with Alejandro when renting a property in 2021. From the very first moment, he was very communicative and pleasant. He helped me with everything and resolved my doubts. He mediated at all times in a very professional manner for both the landlord and the tenant. Even after renting, there were some issues, and he resolved them quickly. I was able to rent on my own without asking for a guarantor; they explained to me that they would do an economic study but that there would probably be no problem, and there wasn't. And here they didn't do like other agencies asking for bank movements, etc. They asked for what was in accordance with the law. That's why I am surprised by so many negative comments.

Negative experience: Estamos tan contentos tan contentos que el lunes me voy al juzgado a ponerle una demanda por quedarse con dinero nuestro. Respeto la opinión de todo el mundo pero mí consejo es que evitéis negocios con esta "persona". Claro y yo voy y me lo creo. Según Usted la operación se cayo no por nuestra solvencia económica sino porque apareció un comprador cheque en mano que chafo nuestra compra y después resulta que dicho comprador firman una hipoteca por valor de 157500€, que casualidad. Pero bueno el echo de no vendernos la vivienda a nosotros que derecho le da a Usted a apropiarse de una señal.

NO HE VISTO PEOR INMOBILIARIA QUE ESTA, LA VERDAD QUE ESTUVIMOS VIENDO UN PISO Y LLEGAMOS AL ACUERDO CON EL PRECIO, LUEGO NOS DIJO QUE QUEDAR PARA CONCRETAR TODO UN DÍA Y LUEGO NO DIO SEÑALES DE VIDA, LUEGO NOS DECÍA QUE LOS DUEÑOS NO ESTABAN, LUEGO NOS DIJO DE QUEDAR EL LUNES Y TAMPOCO DIO SEÑALES DE VIDA Y FUIMOS A VERLE A LA AGENCIA Y NOS DIJO QUE EL PISO YA ESTABA RESERVADO PARA OTRAS PERSONAS NOS HIZO PEDER EL TIEMPO 2 SEMANA PARA NADA....POR FAVOR LEER TODOS LOS COMENTARIOS PARA QUE NO LE PASE A NADIE ESTO POR QUE ES VERGONZOSO, NO COMPRÉIS PISOS A ESTA AGENCIA NADIE HABLA BIEN DE ELLOS!

Fantastic experience: Alquilamos nuestra vivienda con esta inmobiliaria y aunque al principio íbamos con miedo porque tuvimos malas experiencias, nos dieron tranquilidad Y confianza desde el principio además de su profesionalidad contrastada. Nuestra sorpresa fue que nos regalaron hasta el seguro contra impagos haciéndose ellos a cargo de todos los costes de dicho seguro. Una sorpresa gratificante. No dudaremos en recomendar a otras personas esta inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Alejandro nos vendió un piso y luego nos estafó 1000 euros con el servicio de darnos de alta la luz y el gas. Me da pena que una persona así siga con un negocio de este estilo y siendo con ese carácter así, no le compren un piso a este individuo si no quieren tener problemas con un personaje así. No pierdan el tiempo hacernos caso es un estafador y por eso puede recibir muchos comentarios y publicar todas sus malas experiencias con esta indeseable persona.

Negative experience: Quiero decir que el señor Alejandro el mismo que lleva la gestión de esta entidad nos ha estafado por la compra de nuestra vivienda, el muy listo nos decía que le diéramos el dinero para pagar las altas de luz y agua, en fin el día que firmábamos escrituras nos pidió que le lleváramos el dinero en mano y ¡oh sorpresa! el muy listo nos timo y como no teníamos medio de demostrar que nos ha robado en toda la cara solo tenemos tres testigos pues al final se va de rositas, por favor no vayáis allí i, nosotros como compradores no teníamos que perder dinero y lo hemos perdido, este señor es un sinvergüenza, no da la cara se esconde como una rata y lo peor es que su empresa saca la cara por él a toda costa, nos da mucha impotencia porque encima nos ha robado y sabiendo que tenemos un hijo pequeñito. No quiero que le pase a nadie más por favor escucharme, hay muchas entidades más que elegir.
