Negative experience: Bad experience. They only care about selling and their commission, they do not look out for their customer at all, they do not provide proper advice.

Fantastic experience: We put my wife's house up for sale in November, right after we recovered it. Jesús assisted us, who took care of everything. In 3 days we had it sold. We were very satisfied with the outcome of the transaction.

Negative experience: I scheduled a visit with them and they canceled it because the apartment was reserved, which is normal. It became available again and they called me on a Friday at 1 PM to schedule a new visit on Monday at 10:30 AM and another one on Monday to see it with my partner at 7 PM. I had to call on Monday because there was no one at the apartment's entrance, and it turns out my appointment was canceled. They haven't explained when it was canceled, and only one appointment is canceled. Very unprofessional. I can understand the mistake, but I can't accept that they don't apologize. I do not recommend working with them.

Negative experience: If there are mailboxes and another one for advertisements in my portal, why do you disturb door to door? You scare me, life is not for opening to anyone. They ask if we know of any apartments for sale... If I want something, I will go down.
