Negative experience: To be honest, I can say very few good words about this agency. I scheduled a visit to a location in Coslada on Nueva Street at 10:00. No one shows up, I call to ask and they tell me that the salesperson is on the way and will take 7 minutes. After 15 minutes, I decide to call and let them know that I'm leaving, as I find the customer service unprofessional. The person who answers the phone, on top of that, speaks to me with arrogance and condescension, saying 'very well'. Honestly, I wouldn't leave any property in the hands of this agency.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. 5 months to sell an apartment. I felt poorly informed at all times, even being told that they didn't have to provide me with information, (being the owner of the apartment to sell and the one who pays the agency's commission). I felt blackmailed and pressured, having to hire a lawyer to defend my interests. I do not recommend this real estate agency under any circumstances.

Negative experience: I didn't renew the contract with them; they brought people to my house and told me to talk since I knew my house best to sell it, meaning I had to sell it myself to pay them. During one of those visits, they even told me not to spend too much time with the client because he was very annoying and in the end, he never bought any of the houses they showed him. Why did they bring him? In the end, I sold it myself without having to give them the huge amount of money they took for their commission.

Fantastic experience: Después de que todo el proceso haya finalizado con total éxito, escribo esta reseña para comentar la experiencia tanto de mi mujer como mía. En primer lugar añadiré que tanto mi mujer como yo somos personas jóvenes, prácticamente con experiencia cero en lo que a comprar una vivienda se refiere, y desde el minuto 1, hasta mañana que firmamos por fin temas de gestoría, solo puedo decir GRACIAS Y GRACIAS. En ese caso Beatriz fue la que desde el momento que decidimos ver un piso, se puso en contacto con nosotros, nos lo enseño, nos conto calidades, referencias, tanto lo bueno como lo no tan bueno, ya que añado que el piso es perfecto para nosotros, ha estado en constante contacto tanto con nosotros como con la vendedora, ha ido las veces que ha echo falta al piso para abrirnos cuando mi mujer y yo hemos necesito verificar o ver cualquier duda, un trato de 10 hasta el final. Por otra parte José Manuel, en el momento que dimos el SI a la adquisición de la vivienda, en lo que a temas bancarios, y tramites de gestoría se refiere, no ha informado, ayudado y acompañado en todo momento, nos ha conseguido una hipoteca a nuestro gusto y de lo mejor que hay en la actualidad dada la situación de la economía actual y se ha involucrado 100 x 100 en todo lo que le hemos pedido, por nuestra parte sin duda 5 estrellas, como empresa y como personas. Os estaremos eternamente agradecidos.
