Negative experience: A certain Jesús called me, saying he was calling to give me information about an apartment. He gave me two details, and when I asked how many square meters the apartment has, he answered 50. I told him it feels too small for us, and after mentioning it’s for two people, he said it’s sufficient. How many square meters do you live in to know the needs of others, Jesús? I was going to ask if he has other similar properties, but while he was saying goodbye, he didn’t want to listen and hung up the call. I called him back to tell him that was rude, and he said I hung up on him. Sorry, I clearly heard how you said goodbye without listening to me. To top it off, I asked them not to call me between 6 PM and 9 PM, and they called at 7:09 PM on a Friday. How unprofessional, Jesús.

Negative experience: Nunca contestan a las llamadas, dejan números de teléfono a los que nunca responden, después de llamarles 20 veces durante todo el día, me contestaron solo para decir "tengo una llamada perdida de este numero" y les iba a decir mi interés por una vivienda y que quería ir a verla y no me dejaron ni hablar y colgaron. Nada profesionales. Pésima atención al cliente.
