She forgot to inform us about a visit and they showed up without us being there, and then she was the one who eventually bought from us. She asked us the same questions several times, even though everything was said from the very beginning, like the IBI fees, community fees... the manner in which they interacted with us was very impolite and unprofessional with Naty. Negative experience: Attention!!!! Beware of this real estate agency. A girl reserved the house for me and made a deposit, but I don't know why the deposit was returned to the interested party and she has bought another house. Also, they don't provide me with documents proving the loan denial or any other reason for which the deposit should have been returned. You shouldn't trust this company for such transactions because you can see how they operate. They made me waste three months trying to sell my house, even though I lowered the price to the maximum; they were unable to close the deal and also deceived me about the deposit. I find it deplorable. There are other agencies that are much more professional, like TECNOCASA; they sold my house in less than a month and without problems. I wish I had done it with them from the beginning.
