Negative experience: Very unprofessional with tenant candidates. They ask for all kinds of personal information and then don't even bother to respond. It's understandable that they rent the property to those they consider most suitable or who best meet the requirements set by the owners, but it is a lack of respect (especially when it comes to elderly people) not to respond to clients when they have committed to do so; I certainly believe that is basic etiquette.
