Negative experience: Si busca una experiencia inexplicable como comprador, no lo dudes confía en ellos. Después de realizar una oferta, que te pidan que la iguales para seguir optando a la compra del inmueble. En 24h decide cambiar de criterio y nuestro dinero y nuestra oferta no les vale porque según ellos "hay otros con mas capacidad económica". En cualquier otro ámbito se podria denunciar una discriminación social. Sin criterios, ni explicaciones claras. Esos si comunicaciones por teléfono varias a diario, pero mejor no dejar nada por escrito por su parte. Consejo: ir con joyas y un ferrari para tener mas probabilidades de comprar el inmueble o finca.
