Negative experience: TERRIBLE: smoke sellers who leave you hanging at the slightest problem. They signal a house and inform that there is a tenant who is about to leave. They delay the signing of the deposit and, in the end, when they see that the tenant is not going to leave, they unilaterally cancel the order without returning double the amount paid. Of course, we will take legal action, but it is worth warning about the modus operandi of these 'people'.

The financial advisor, very junior, did the study fine but we didn’t give it much importance because we know our possibilities perfectly. A few days later, separately to my partner and me, which shows they don't have a good database, they offered us an apartment they had just acquired that could fit our needs. So the next day, my partner went to the apartment viewing and the commercial barely told him that since he was interested in an apartment, it was out of our possibilities?! And she treated him with nothing less than disdain!!! What kind of 'professionals' are they to treat someone they don't know in such a dismissive way?! What do they know about what a client can or cannot have? Someone like that shouldn't work in public-facing roles and on top of that, charge such commissions (a total of 6% + VAT). It's shameful.

Even in their response, they take it for granted that we cannot buy a house... how do you know us to make that judgment? I do not recommend this franchise because it is more of a financial service than a real estate one. They are a group of young people with a poorly educated and unkempt girl, very unprofessional. Fake reviews referring to themselves. Sellers, you are losing visits with them.

Negative experience: Horrible, they are scammers here in Villalba. They rented us an apartment where the police had entered by breaking the door to end the drug dealer's apartment; they hid the information from us, and it turns out the entire building has that organized network of apartments all over the street. To make matters worse, the real estate agency kept harassing us demanding that we pay 6,000 euros in commission for the sale of the apartment; they even dragged us into a lawsuit and a seizure without us having bought the apartment yet. We are renting with an option to buy, and they took our money without us buying anything. They don't leave us in peace, and there isn't a single day in that apartment where we can live in peace with clients involved in sex and drugs knocking on the door and calling the intercom all night and during the day. Moreover, some enter with keys from the building to buy drugs. That guy Jesús is causing us a lot of harm, and we aren't even his clients; his clients are the landlords, but we were charged notary fees, commissions, apartment insurance, property tax, community fees, high rent, and all expenses related to both the property and our own since we presented the apartment.

Yes, all of this really matches the attention they provide and the 'work' they do... I wouldn’t wish for anyone to fall into their nets. All they want is your money; once you’ve given it to them, they don’t know you, they don’t know about you, 'they have no obligation to do anything for you'. But they certainly take thousands and thousands of euros... Even when you haven’t suffered all of the above, they are the typical real estate agents who lie about everything, they have no idea what they are talking about, and if you ask them any more questions, they don’t know how to respond. Of course, what would they know... they’ve learned the three phrases someone taught them and that’s as far as they go. They are lamentable and dangerous.
