Negative experience: Total lack of professionalism. Two months waiting for them to call me to hire them and start working with them after accepting their own quote. Not a single call to provide explanations, not an email, nothing at all. You get in touch, and they tell you not to worry, that they will call you as soon as they can. Don't bother calling anymore, Eva.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been and is 'EXTRAORDINARY'. My first contact was during the pandemic regarding an inheritance issue (undocumented). In 11 months, the administration continuously canceled my appointments; fortunately, I went to these gentlemen, and in less than 30 days, they solved the problem, quite complicated, by the way.
