Negative experience: If you are a property owner, I do not recommend it. I rented my apartment two years ago and I have been trying to get it back for my own use for the past six months. Alquiler Seguro has completely washed their hands of it and left it in the hands of PlusLegal (their lawyers), who have not lifted a finger to try to recover it. In the meantime, my tenants are subletting rooms and living without paying a dime, and neither the real estate agency nor the lawyers are contacting me to inform me about the process. Now I have to wait for a trial to take place, but I am not even sure that the lawyer has filed the complaint. They are not a reliable company, and everything they claim in their advertising and on their website is false; they only aim to take the most profit from your rental, whether you are a property owner or a tenant.

Negative experience: They charge 3 months of deposit plus the current month. One of them is ILLEGAL, camouflaged as a service to the tenant, a service that if the tenant doesn't want, they still impose it on you or they won't rent you the house. As the law is made, so is the trick, right, colleagues? Anyway, we spoke with a girl and told her it was illegal, and she, like a good submissive and polite robot, kept repeating that these are company protocols. Protocols, but at minimum, they steal one month of deposit from you, so that’s how their houses stay on Idealista for months and months, and they are already reported by several neighborhood associations for the conditions they impose. A BUNCH OF SHAMELESS PEOPLE.

Negative experience: I called to schedule a visit to an apartment and they cancelled it 1 hour before the visit without notifying me or giving any justification. However, you can book it online for €200 with no guarantee that they will refund your money or provide you with the apartment. Terrible service from the staff, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding attention from the staff at the office. At first, I hesitated a bit due to the cost of the tenant support service and the reviews indicating that they are scammers. However, after completing all the procedures with them, I feel it is more than well worth it. Regarding the scammer comments, I believe it's because people don't read things carefully. I read every document and contract I signed without any fine print, and it states the same as what the staff explains, in my case, Carolina and another girl from the signing who I can't remember her name. They also resolved all the questions I had and never made me feel like I was being too bothersome. They always treated me with great kindness, which I cannot say about other real estate agencies that have even stopped answering my calls.

Negative experience: Everything they say is true. Do not come closer because they try to scam you. Carolina pretends not to know what's happening, but she does. We called to visit a property and they told us that the first visit is on Friday. We insisted if we could visit it before because we want to be the first, and they said it is the first visit. We called the same Friday to confirm, and she hints that it is confirmed but that we should be attentive because if it gets canceled, they will send us a message. She already knew we were going to receive it; they have everything planned. We received the message half an hour earlier. I called her and she told me that it has been reserved. I told her what a coincidence that it gets reserved an hour before the first visit. She didn't know what to say to me. I told her that if it has been reserved, I can book it on the website, and she tells me a story that it updates manually but automatically. In total, they scam you into paying 200. You have to pay 4 months, one for the agency which is illegal; they give it another name and that's it so you don't claim. Scammers make you waste time and money.

Fantastic experience: Es real que Alquiler Seguro solicita mucha documentación, y pide mas mensualidades que otras inmobiliarias, pero es cierto y esta fue "mi experiencia", que los comerciales que me atendieron fueron atentos conmigo en todo momento y siempre dispuestos a ayudarme a comprender todo lo referente al piso hasta que finalmente tengo el piso que con otras agencias era paga señales y al final nada. Se que hay muchos otros que opinan diferente a mi, pero lo que si es cierto es que en la web todo esta claramente explicado. cada quien elige si desea o no pagar la señal e iniciar el trámite. No estamos obligados a rentar un piso con alquiler seguro, al menos yo no me senti asi. Cada inmobiliaria es un mundo y tienen cada quien sus reglas que en este caso nosotros como inquilinos las aceptamos o no. Yo tuve que cancelar un piso porque no me sentia conforme y mno pasaron minutos y el comercial hizo todo cuanto pudo (Emiliano) por encontrarme otra opción hasta que finalmente se hizo realidad. Cada persona es una experiencia. Si usted reúne los requisitos que pide Alquiler Seguro no se arrepentirá de la elección. Mis felicitaciones a Emiliano, Miguel Angel (ambos comerciales son espectaculares). Igualmente a Esther, pero sobre todo a Angie que ha sido paciente y atenta en todo instante. La recomiendo siempre

Es lo justo se querés perder tu tiempo y dinero Es una vergüenza y unos estafadores

Negative experience: Pierdes tu tiempo. Ni por más que tengas todo la documentación correcta Incluso hasta aval te piden No se que equipo financiero tienen pero es de pena parece que vas a pedir hipoteca no alquilar piso

Negative experience: Horrible. Comisiones altísimas que debe pagar el inquilino. Además, piden una reserva, en nuestro caso de 200 euros, la cual no nos garantizaba nada y para no perderla debíamos pagar 208 euros, y a día de hoy no sabemos si nos devolverán esos 8 euros porque dicen que ganamos poco y no nos darán el piso seguramente, cosa que nos podrían haber dicho antes de pagar la reserva. Y por si no fuera suficiente, el mismo día de la visita al piso, después de tener que gestionarme el día libre, me anulan la visita con una hora y media de antelación. Es sin duda la peor inmobiliaria con la que he trabajado, y no se la recomiendo a nadie, pues se jactan de ser los número 1 en protección al PROPIETARIO, olvidándose del inquilino.

Negative experience: Me recibe una chica que esta más pendiente del móvil que de enseñarme el piso,leí los comentarios de estafados por ellos y no alquilaré nada a esta inmobiliaria,la chica insistia que diera los 200 euros de reserva por internet,a pesar de que le insisti hacerlo en la oficina.

Negative experience: Trato espantoso, intentamos alquilar con ellos y tras dar la señal, se lo dieron a otros y encima nos cobraron comisión por devolvernos el dinero. Si no lo llevamos judicialmente fue por el momento en el que nos sucedió pero la verdad es que no se como permiten este tipo de prácticas. vergonzoso.

Negative experience: Esta empresa es muy mala y muy poco profesional. Te piden una cantidad de papeles y requisitos fuera de lo común. Cuando quedas para ver la casa, su gente es muy poco educada, ni siquiera se molestan en enseñarte el piso, el hombre nos abrió la puerta y nos dijo "venga, aquí está el piso " y el se quedó hablando por teléfono. Por no hablar cuando vas a la oficina, nos atendieron 2 veces y ocurrió la misma cosa: Ni siquiera te contestan el Hola, son muy bordes, muy poco educados y atención al cliente pésima. La chica de la oficina(en C.VILLALBA), parece que le estuvimos mendigando o pidiendo limosna, un trato horrorífico y no la recomiendo en !!ABSOLUTO ESTA AGENCIA!!

Negative experience: Nos enseñaron el piso de una manera bastante impersonal, nada que ver en el trato de otras inmobiliarias de la zona. Hicimos la "reserva" de 200 euros y después de 1 día sacando toda la documentación que te piden (más que una hipoteca) les llamamos para confirmar que ya teníamos todo y van y nos dicen que ayer ya se había alquilado el piso... Nos hemos sentido totalmente estafados con ellos, no se lo recomendaría a nadie.

Negative experience: Como veo no soy el único al que han estafado, pidiendo una cantidad indecente de papeles, ademas de una reserva de 200 euros, para una vez que consigues juntar todo, decirte que se lo alquilaron a otra persona... Por no hablar del trato personal... un desastre de agencia, recomiendo pasar por otro tipo de inmobiliaria para alquilar tu piso.
