Negative experience: The attention from Kathy was terrible, it couldn't be worse. We had an agreement with the owner (1 month rent + 1 deposit) and she was convinced by this agency to take their commission, which we also agreed to. But this person, if I may call her that, treated us like criminals. We had seen the apartment with the owner's permission as well, and the key was given to us from another office in Las Rozas, and we had to return it there, as we understood, but in this woman's eyes we looked like criminals planning to occupy the house. She led us in circles with the paperwork until she had the key and told us that the apartment was already reserved, something that she never mentioned could be done. In short, she had no intention of renting to us. Very arrogant, rude, conceited, and a bad person. My mother, who is not very good at writing on a mobile, was answered at her convenience and in a rude manner. I hope, dear Kathy, that you don't find yourself in our situation, desperate to move (which the owner also told you) because the owner of the old apartment, where we lived for 12 years without problems and paying all the monthly fees, decided to sell it. I completely understand what you are saying, but the feeling is different, everything here is very correct, you are not going to acknowledge the fact that you led us in circles until we received the key and at that moment you told us that the apartment was already reserved. And regarding my mother's messages, I wouldn't have sent them in that way, but given the frustration and the treatment, she probably said little.

We would like to inform you that the company Redpiso Villalba Pueblo has a commitment to the homeowner since before the property was listed, as we had previously made other arrangements with her. She herself referred you to us, as we had a contract with her. In that contract, we agreed on certain clauses regarding finding suitable tenants. It was the homeowner's express need. We had access to the house for a long time, even with the previous tenants. You were part of a process initiated by the owner. Providing documentation to know your economic situation is a requirement of the rent guarantee insurance, as many families find themselves in similar situations. More than 20 families visited that property and were aware of the process. The problem arises when a denial is given, as the documentation provided is not suitable for the insurance. Then there are more interested clients. Your mother contacted the company without any difficulty, as in her last message she expressed various insults towards our administrative colleague. We do not want any client to find themselves in your situation, but that decision is not in our hands, and we are also not here to tolerate disrespectful behavior.

Negative experience: Buenos días pues la verdad dejo esta reseña ya que gracias a esta oficina y sobretodo una trabajadora llamada Jessica , mi esposa y yo hemos perdido nuestro piso de ensueño ! Gracias a su mala mal información y desinformación sobre los pasos a seguir y adicionalmente por no llevar ella esa propiedad, falta de la Compañera que si llevaba esa propiedad después de casi 2 semanas de insistir y conversación tras conversación nunca nos dijeron que para poder guardar el piso había que hacer una reserva previa para que no mostraran más la propiedad y ha decidido llamarme la que si lleva la propiedad lo cual en dos semanas jamás ha contactado conmigo en este transcurso de tiempo para informarme que ya reservaron el piso, con lo cual no recomiendo esta sede por su desorganización y mal información tanto interna como para los clientes
Estimado José Ángel, sentimos su decepción, en el transcurso entre la visita y la s conversaciones se le trasmitieron sus ofertas a la propiedad, en varias ocasiones se comentó que la oferta no entraba en las posibilidades, aún así le comentamos que habían visitas y usted estaba al tanto, incluso cuando se le comento que había otra oferta insistió en que no presentemos la del cliente y solo la vuestra que no era lo que aceptaba la propiedad. Siempre ayudamos a nuestros clientes pero no podemos obligar a la propiedad a aceptar lo que no está de acuerdo, y usted dejó claro que su oferta era esa, solo ahora que hay otra usted decide ser más flexible. Estamos a su disposición para cualquier aclaración sobre el asunto.
