Negative experience: Referring solely to the Gilmar agency in Collado Villalba regarding the sale of my house. From the very beginning of signing the contract, I did not like their way of managing it or the treatment I received from them. They themselves provide you with the market price of the house. A week later, they tried to convince me to accept an offer of more than €40,000 below that price, pressuring me and arguing negatively about my house; they told me on several occasions that it was completely unlivable, which I find to be a huge disrespect because it is not true. They are in a hurry to sell without caring for my interests. I don't know if it's to collect their commission, which is one of the highest in the market, 5%. Precisely for that, you expect to have exquisite management and treatment, but it has been far from that. Under their pressure, I stood firm in my decision not to accept, and their way of reacting bordered on rudeness, even in email responses that I will keep. Curiously, a few hours later, they accepted €25,000 more than the initial offer. Fortunately, I have the immense help of a lawyer friend who has taken care of all the paperwork because they are not agile in that either, a lot of distraction that does not facilitate life for the client, important information about buyer requests that is only transmitted once the deposit has been signed, which is unacceptable. They do not make things easy, and I still have the invoice pending, which I have already claimed twice. I dare to suggest to this agency in Collado Villalba that they focus on refining their treatment and properly managing all the details in such an important operation.

Fantastic experience: In our case, it was Luis Fernández who accompanied us in the purchasing process and he has been a great professional! He clarified all our doubts and attended to all our requests. With him, the process has been very easy!

Negative experience: In my opinion, very unprofessional and I doubt a little about the treatment they give to the submitted documentation since it has been two weeks since the documentation was submitted and they do not respond to messages. I do not recommend them, be careful.

Negative experience: They put up a rental ad on an online portal at 12:00 AM. The office opens at 9:30 AM, I called at 9:35 AM and no one answered. I tried again at 9:40 AM and finally a man answered the call and told me that the colleague responsible for the apartment had not arrived yet but that he would jot down my name and phone number for her to call me and set up a visit appointment. I waited all morning and no one called me... finally around 2:10 PM I called the office again to inquire about the apartment and the appointment, and a lady who did not identify herself answered saying that the apartment had been rented. The question is, how is it possible to rent an apartment with the office closed overnight? And the solvency study gives us a period of up to 48 hours for analysis? How is it possible to rent an apartment overnight, without a solvency analysis, without the owner's approval? Or how is it possible for all this to occur within 9 hours of the ad being posted? It sounds very strange to me!!!!!! I truly want to believe they are not lying to me because I am a foreigner interested in the apartment. I have been searching for an apartment through real estate agencies for weeks and they always give me an appointment for a visit, send documentation, ask for a period of 24/48 hours to get the insurer's opinion, then a period to discuss the profile of the tenant candidates with the owners, and finally a period to draft the contract and sign everything. So it is impossible to rent an apartment in 9 hours and also with the office closed. Incredible magic! What a bad experience I had today with the office located in Villalba.

Estábamos algo cansados de comerciales de otras agencias y vendedores privados a los que hay que perseguir y que parece que te hacen un favor por enseñarte un piso ( sí, sorprendente… ). Fantastic experience: Acabamos de vender nuestra vivienda con ellos y la experiencia ha sido impresionante. Desde que contacté con Gonzalo para ofrecerle llevar la venta hasta que se señalizó pasaron menos de dos semanas. Casi 10 visitas en la primera semana y todos (comerciales, jefe de servicio, etc.) con las pilas muy puestas. Con diferencia ha sido la inmobiliaria más profesional y eficiente de la que he sido cliente. Los recomiendo al 100%.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia con la inmobiliaria en Collado Villalba. Y esta estrella es mucho, si podía no ponía ninguna. Recientemente hemos comprado una casa con ellos (es una casa de segunda mano, no de nueva construcción) y no nos han informado que la casa no tiene suministros. Profesionalidad cero. Les importa solo coger el dinero y nada más. Y mirando los comentarios de otros clientes he visto, que de la inmobiliaria se ponen 5 estrellas para subir puntuación. No recomendaría Gilmar.

Negative experience: Creo que por poner algo pero no pondría ni una estrella. No voy a hablar por todos, si no por el comercial que nos toco, Bernardo y fijo que alguno más. Desde el principio que nos gustó un piso para comprar han hecho lo que han querido y no contaban con nosotros cuando hablábamos con los propietarios de cambios de precio. No siquiera contactaban con nosotros .Son cero profesionales.
