Negative experience: On Monday, July 22, 2024, we went to see an apartment in Peñanevada II in Collado Villalba. Hours later, we made a quite attractive offer to the sellers. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday went by, and we did not receive a response to the offer, so we called the real estate agency on Saturday. Surprise, they sold the apartment without notifying us. They had been showing the apartment and almost holding an auction, seeing who would bid more for it. Real estate agency with questionable ethics, who does not respect the order of buyers and does not mediate between buyer and seller. It leaves much to be desired, so I do not recommend buying or renting with this agency.

Negative experience: Vergonzosa la forma en la que se aprovechan de los inquilinos

Negative experience: TIMADORES Y APROVECHADOS. Vivía de alquiler en uno de los pisos que llevaban ellos, cuando entré al piso estaba de suciedad hasta arriba, se lo comenté a la casera y me comentó que se habían ido los anteriores inquilinos en cuarentena y no habían visto como habían dejado el piso. Cuando me fui yo, la casera no me quiso devolver la fianza y me exigía además el pago de una limpieza, algo que es completamente ilegal una vez se quedan con la fianza (encima me exigía elegir ella a la persona que iba a limpiar el piso). Le recordé que lo de la suciedad (sobre todo referida a manchas en las paredes y en las puertas) lo notifiqué al entrar al piso y se hizo la loca, lo peor de todo es que la agente inmobiliaria que llevaba el piso, y la cual era también conocedora de esto, se hizo la loca también (tengo fotos con fecha de cuando entré al piso, en las que se ve todo lo que me recriminaban y que les enseñé). Hicieron equipo entre ella y la casera y provechando que yo estaba en un momento muy complicado de mi vida, motivo por el cual me tuve que ir del piso, lejos de tener empatía y de ser humanas, me acorralaron y me hicieron firmar un documento que después, contrastado con mi abogado, es completamente ilegal. Después de todo esto, no hicieron el cambio de titularidad de los suministros y me han estado cobrando la luz del piso DESPUÉS DE HABERME IDO, lo peor de todo es que lo he reclamado en varias ocasiones y la casera se niega a pagar, y como no, la inmobiliaria no hace nada al respecto. SI ERES UN INQUILINO PARA ELLOS NO ERES NADIE, NI TE VAN A DEFENDER, NI VAN A VELAR POR TUS INTERESES. Son unos timadores y unos aprovechados.

En mi caso, detectaron que la casa que quería vender estaba sin final de obra, la propietaria de la inmobiliaria, me ayudo a realizar todos los trámites y después de luchar, me vendió mi chalé. Buen trabajo.

Negative experience: FALTA DE PROFESIONALIDAD! Te vacilan, te dicen que llames más tarde para no atenderte, apagan los móviles y no se enteran cuando para qué piso llamas aunque se lo especiques 4 veces. Lo mejor es cuando tienes una visita concertada con ellos, sales antes del trabajo, dejas de hacer cosas para poder ir y luego alquilan el piso y ni te avisan. ¿Porqué haceis perder el tiempo a la gente? Irrespetuosos
