I ask you regarding the impossibility of fraud: can you account for the actions of each of your franchisees? What prevents you from keeping the signals without the knowledge or intervention of the sellers at any given moment? And we are talking about 5-digit signals. Do you think it is legal for the deposit contract to be 'signed' without the presence and signature of the sellers, and that the deposit amount has to be transferred to you instead of them? I think not, and I promise to rectify the valuation if you respond by explaining the reason. I certainly think we are at risk of any attempt at fraud, and this type of practice should be prosecuted for the sake of transparency. How is this payment to the notary justified?

Negative experience: At first, they make you sign a paper to pay them 3% of the purchase, as if it wasn't enough to pay for the apartment, and you also have to pay for the name change since I didn't hire the real estate agency. So, I'm going to look for apartments that are not theirs.

We wanted to make an offer and for that they asked us for a deposit, we didn't fall for it (a common practice that real estate agencies are using to keep us hooked), but when they called us the next day, they told us that the house was already under deposit, excuse me? I think you are used to deceiving people and not everything is acceptable. I would like to know if the owners are aware that you are using their houses for this deposit practice to make offers. You say that you are pulling the apartment, but until this moment, the apartment we viewed is still on the website; if it has been deposited, how come it’s still there? Be more honest, in the long run it will be better for you. Right now you are in the midst of a sales boom, but when it falls, you will pay for your malpractice.

When you go to see an apartment, without saying anything beforehand, they make you sign a paper stating that Redpiso is looking for a home for you and that you commit to pay a 3% commission if you buy it. Months after signing the paper, they have never contacted me, so clearly the paper is a trick to bypass the law. Without a signature, they won't let you see the apartment.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Never again. Everything was shady, they only care about their commission and as soon as they have it, goodbye! Zero protection against the seller. I signed the mortgage for my house and had to kick out the previous owners myself 15 days later. The house was delivered very dirty, with dampness (which was supposedly all fixed and clean according to the agent). They do not inform you about the laws that protect you if you have any problems. And the associated financial company? WORSE. They charge you off the books, without an invoice or a receipt for the amount paid. They stalk you at the ATMs to pay like a criminal. VERY BAD!

Negative experience: I don't know who writes the reviews, but I think it's them themselves. Pathetic in all aspects. They don't bring visitors, and yet they force you to comply with the contract while they themselves don’t comply, which is to sell your apartment. They send you threatening letters on behalf of their legal service, making it clear that even though 'they will keep touching the c...', you will have to pay them. We have worked with many real estate agencies to sell our apartment, but this is the worst of all. Zero professionalism. I hope no one else gets scammed by them. M2 in Collado Villalba is currently at €2023. The apartment is 114m2, which makes €230,000. We are selling it for €220,000 with garage included. So don't tell me it's out of price.

Negative experience: A bunch of real thieves. Due to a family tragedy the NEXT DAY! (not even 24 hours) after signing a rental contract, I had to cancel it much to my regret. The owner, without hesitation and understanding the situation, refunded me all my money, while these vultures did not bother to return anything at all, even though they were going to charge this (abusive) commission again and not even 24 hours had passed. They are shameless and thieves because they had not done any management that deserved that commission and even listening to the difficulty I was facing, they were incapable of empathizing. Thank God the owner was indeed human. There are too many people like them, and businesses like this in this world. Their management and human quality are shameful. Pésimos!!!! una casa q estamos interesados, no cuentas que con el precio que publican de venta tienes q sumarle 4000 euros, más un 3% de valor de venta más el IVA de su comisión. Se les propuso una oferta, como no les parece acorde, ni se la presentan a los vendedores. Acordes a que A q tienes q acortar su beneficio de venta???. Deja q el comprador la rechaza. Negative experience: Desconcertante y con tufillo a estafa: La semana pasada quedamos con dos comerciales de Redpiso para ver un par de viviendas en Collado-Villalba y nos dieron a firmar unos documentos sin los cuales no se podía iniciar. En uno de ellos firmaba una nota en la que aceptaba el pago del 3% comisión por compra (hasta aquí normal aunque el importe estaba mal calculado) pero grapado a ese documento me daban a firmar otro en blanco en el que, tras una lectura rápida, les daba una especie de exclusiva de búsqueda de vivienda. Esto me escamó pero más cuando al leer con detalle solo podía desistir, insisto sobre una nota de encargo en blanco, presentando un documento de desistimiento que me entregaban en ese momento y que, esos comerciales, ni conocían ni traían. Al llamar uno de ellos a su central la actitud relajada de ambos se tornó en crispada y nos despidieron con prisas diciendo que tenían otras visitas que atender no sin antes romper el documento delante mía, por supuesto. ¡No firméis ningún documento sin leerlo con detalle antes! Actualización: Lo que no es normal es que no me enseñen la casa por no firmar la nota de encargo, la ficha de visita la tenían firmada desde el minuto 1. ¡Triste forma de perder clientes!
