Negative experience: Terrible management by someone named Marisol, I honestly do not recommend this real estate agency at all.

Negative experience: Incompetent and not professional at all! About a week ago, I contacted someone named Marisol, apparently the coordinator of the Chiclana office, to request information about a rental! Her response was that a colleague who is now on vacation is handling that property. She said she would call me the next day to give me information, but several days passed without hearing from her. I had to contact her again, and the conversation, as they say in Cádiz, was just to get my hopes up, and she indicated that she would contact the owners to arrange a visit and that she would call me in one or two days! Finally, this morning, since nobody has reached out to me, I proceeded to call Marisol, who informed me that she still hasn't talked to the owners and that they would contact me in a few minutes. I am still waiting. If they are so incompetent as to not return a call to a client, I can only imagine how they can be entrusted exclusively with the sale of a property! Well, you've lost a customer, and honestly, I will not be giving you good publicity.

Negative experience: BEWARE OF THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY, THEY SCAMMED ME ON ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, IN 2017 I RENTED A HOUSE WITH THEM THAT WAS EXTREMELY SMALL BUT WITH A LOT OF LAND FOR THE DOGS AND I REITERATED MANY TIMES IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THAT COULD AFFECT THE DOGS LIKE RAT POISON ETC AND THEY SWORE TO ME THAT THERE WASN'T, ALL SMILES AND FRIENDLINESS UNTIL THEY COLLECTED AND JUST AS THE MOVING TRUCK ARRIVED THEY TOLD ME TO BE CAREFUL WITH THE DOGS BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO WAS MOWING WAS HOSPITALIZED DUE TO AN INFESTATION OF HIGHLY MORTAL PROCESSIONARY CATERPILLARS FOR DOGS, NOT TO MENTION VENOMOUS DAPHNIES AND GOATS THAT WOULD JUMP INTO THE PLOT, TOTAL CHAOS, I HAD TO STAY WITH 3 DOGS INSIDE WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO GO OUT IN A SMALL HOUSE AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY, THEY ARE MAGICIANS FOR THAT, NOW YOU SEE IT NOW YOU DON'T!!! I SWEAR I DIDN'T BURN THE REAL ESTATE WITH GASOLINE TO AVOID GOING TO JAIL AND THIS IS A WARNING THAT IF YOU DENY IT I’LL START TAKING SCREENSHOTS OF WHATSAPP, CONTRACTS, AMOUNTS AND ALL THE EVIDENCE THAT I HAVE VERY WELL STORED, IT IS NECESSARY FOR PEOPLE TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF SCAMMERS YOU ARE, DID YOU SPEND MY THOUSAND EUROS WELL? I HOPE YOU ENJOYED IT.

Negative experience: Dissatisfied with the service provided: Lack of clarity and initial information on how to book a property agreed upon by both parties to buy in November, in Zahara de los Atunes. Weeks later changing the formalization of this 'reservation deposit' to a deposit with an approval study by the property and wanting to charge the buyer for the seller's notary fees. A waste of time for nothing; I should have been informed about these issues when I said I would buy it.
