Negative experience: I sold my chalet with Fran. The good: he always answers the phone. The rest... not good. The first thing he does is recommend a low selling price, quite a bit lower than what’s in the area. He will always have a reason to convince you, but once you sign that contract with him that day, there’s no going back. I raised his recommendation by 20 thousand euros and it sold to the third person who saw it, in a couple of weeks... He makes sure to sell quickly and within those 6 months he has exclusivity. I told him what my real minimum was and he tried to write it down in the contract... That has 'a nasty undercurrent' because that is the only card you have. If you don’t keep it, the chalet is as if it were his (you sign in the contract that if your situation changes and you no longer want to sell, you still pay him). I tried to send him a power of attorney for his manager or whoever to check it. He didn’t want to see it and the day of the sale it became a problem. So much so that I had 5000 euros withheld for several weeks. And... I think Fran has a problem with the language. In summary, he took 12 thousand euros between the buyer and me for a house worth 160 thousand. Not bad for three weeks. I wouldn’t work with him again for any management.

Their job is limited to opening a door and for that, they want to take €3000. And don’t even think about asking them to manage mortgages because I can tell you that if they handle it, it will be a shady deal that’s best left alone. NEVER SIGN THE VISIT CONFIRMATION PAPER STATING THAT IF YOU PAY FOR THE PURCHASE, YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO ANYTHING, DON’T SIGN. THE REAL ESTATE AGENCIES OF CHICLANA ARE ALL A MAFIA LITERALLY.

Positive experience: Little communication with the customer, but good YouTube channel. Congratulations, but halfway. Quite improvable.

Negative experience: Although at first it went very well, from morning to afternoon (literally), after having told us yes to what was discussed and confirming that the house was ours, they called us the same day saying no, citing reasons that were not discussed when we saw the house and talked about all the conditions, which leads one to think that they preferred to give it to other people who came later. Despite giving them all the evidence and facilities to show that we are trustworthy, they ignored it and continued with the idea of giving it to someone else. In short, they left us hanging, as we rejected another apartment based on their yes. They have shown us that they have two faces, a lack of empathy, and little level of professionalism. Becoming independent at a young age today is difficult, and things like this make it even more complicated.
