Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!..THE AGENT WHO DEALT WITH US WAS NOT LEGAL!!!! The real estate agency as such I do not know, since we did not know it was a real estate agency until the week we returned from Chiclana. Until then we believed that the guy who gave us the keys and came to put the poison to kill the rats that were in the garden of the house where we were, was the owner of the house. We saw little formality.... since if we had known it was a real estate agency, we would have complained and asked them to find us another house. And not that after traveling from Zaragoza, you find yourself with the obligation to deal with what you encounter, since it is supposedly a private individual.

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience, very good value for money. Super clean apartment, good location and we felt super comfortable, we will definitely repeat. They treated us very well.

Negative experience: They wanted to charge me fees that the owner should pay, under the table, and when I asked for a receipt, they said it would be 300 euros plus VAT, which no one informed me that those 300 euros were excluding VAT. I told them that if they made me a 4-month plus 2-month contract, I would pay 4 months in advance, they said it was not possible, it had to be 6. I said that was fine, but then the payment would be monthly, and then they told me I had to pay the 4 months in advance, otherwise the owner was not interested in renting the property. A complete nonsense. In the end, I did not rent the property, of course.

Negative experience: Terrible service, I don't even know where to start: The water from the shower and the taps comes from a septic tank (where all the feces go), the water in the chalet has an unbearable feces smell. We told the owner and he said no one ever complained (behind our backs, he poured bleach into the septic tank so we wouldn’t realize we were showering with that water). - Besides, he came to show the house to some future clients at lunchtime 2:20 PM (we chose to go out for lunch since we felt uncomfortable). We will report this to the authorities as we believe it did not comply with the relevant hygiene regulations. We will also take the water to a laboratory for analysis since we have showered and drank that contaminated water.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant surprise. The owner is very responsible and punctual. Great price and a great place for total relaxation. Chiclana never disappoints... neither its beaches nor its people... wonderful. A 10.

Negative experience: Le doy un 1 porque no me deja darle un cero. Trato lamentable. Se comprometen a cosas que no cumplen. Inmobiliaria no recomendada ni aunque te regalen un ramo flores.

Negative experience: Ni pienso serlo, visto el interés que han demostrado cuando he intentado preguntarles por un piso en huerta alta. No me Gan cogido el tfno., y cuando les envío un mensaje a través de milanuncios, dicen:mañana la llamo, eso fue la semana pasada. Vale, pues digan así, pero mi opinión,les guste o no, es esta.
