Fantastic experience: Very well, I have always been attended to correctly. They have rented out premises and a home to me, selecting the tenant very well and with good judgment.

Negative experience: A shameless woman they have to give the tours. I was waiting to visit an apartment, and when she finished showing it to a client, the woman tells me that she'll show it to me another day because it doesn't suit her. They don't deserve anyone to step into that agency.

Fantastic experience: Fincas Arater, a very reliable real estate agency, without deception, very family-oriented. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Terrible real estate agency, they always seem to care more about the landlord than the tenant. They are very incompetent, they don’t resolve issues for you and they don't even read the emails you send them, because when you go to the office, they look for the email you sent over a month ago which they haven’t opened, and in my case, it caused a problem with my bank. They also don’t even know what the landlord's and tenant's insurance covers. I am clear about it, if in the future I have to rent another apartment, it won't be with these properties.
