We came across an offer from Inmobiliaria 45 días and it was excellent for us. Yesterday we moved and a thousand things happened beyond our control and the agency was very empathetic and attentive. They waited for us until late at night to help us move, not leaving us on the street and providing us with excellent customer service and attention. The situation of searching for an apartment in Spain is no secret to anyone; it is good that there are companies like Inmobiliaria 45 días where everything is calm, safe, legally correct and the customer service is very good. Additionally, the quality of the apartment delivery is remarkable. Completely clean and organized. Highly recommended!

I have sent several emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls with no response or solution whatsoever. The next steps will be 1) Go to the college of the country, 2) Report to Consumer Protection providing all types of evidence, 3) Judicial complaint. We will continue to inform about the evolution of the situation with Inmobiliaria45dias.

In this way, the applicant, or I would say several applicants, lose their money. The law should pay more attention to these cases, as I have heard that there are several affected.

Negative experience: I have been in various rental apartments and without a doubt this has been the worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with. We have had problems with them from the first day to the last. When we contacted them because we had an issue with the apartment, they ignored us; they have always sided with the landlord, and they have been very unprofessional in all the procedures, even resorting to emotional blackmail. They have been disrespectful and have treated us like fools multiple times, probably because we are young. They were very quick when it came to scheduling visits once we said we wanted to leave the apartment. The same day we announced we were leaving, they already wanted to schedule visits with advance notice. Later, a colleague had to leave the apartment, and initially, they told us that an annex could be made to the contract, and that was it. At the moment of doing it, they said we had to close the contract and make a new one, having to pay €150. When we left the apartment (which we returned much cleaner than it was given to us), they made a list of things that needed to be changed and that they would deduct from the deposit. In theory, they were supposed to provide an estimate of those expenses within 15 days since we signed and formalized a document stating so. They directly sent us the invoice outside of that timeline, and when we told them that this was already out of time, the real estate agent handling our apartment emotionally blackmailed us and also claimed that we were dirty. They did not give any importance to the document we had signed from both sides. In the end, they returned the deposit deducting what they wanted days after the established deadline. A shameful real estate agency.

Negative experience: Cuidado con alquilar pisos de esta imobiliaria. Están en todo momento de parte de los propietarios (aunque los honorarios los paga la persona que alquila). A nosotros nos echaron de un piso con contrato de 5 años en 7 meses.

Negative experience: Una experiencia nefasta. Unos mentirosos sin escrúpulos. Me enseñaron un piso que no podían poner a la venta, cosa que obviamente no me dijeron. Después de la reserva (y no antes) me expusieron el problema de la vivienda. Además problemas a la hora de devolverme dicha reserva. Y a más a más querían mostrar un piso (con inquilinos dentro con contrato en vigor) sin autorización ni conocimiento del propietario para enseñarlo. Con que fin?? Entrar en casa ajena sin autorización de un propietario? Contactando directamente con los inquilinos? Querian entrar en la vivienda sin tener autorización para venderla. En fin. Como digo, inspiran 0 confianza. Y bueno, la prepotencia de ambos ya es otro tema.
