Negative experience: Real estate agency that collaborates with scammers (landlords). They should be the first to stop or not collaborate under certain conditions with clauses that are outside of legality... But unfortunately, they collaborate and defend them. They advertise rentals with abusive conditions. They prohibit having children (illegal even for temporary rentals, there is case law). They require you to indicate a reason for renting temporarily (illegal, there is case law). They want you to make something up so that they can do their business. Fortunately, they are not very smart and lose business opportunities by siding with the landlord without knowing who you are or what you have. In my case, as a landlord of more than 15 properties (rooms), I will not put any assets with them. I feel mistreated while looking for a rental option.

Negative experience: After calling me to schedule a visit to a property, the agent stopped responding to WhatsApp messages, and only replied with 'ok' or '???'. On the day of the visit at the agreed time and place, I found myself waiting on the street for 20 minutes with no communication from the agent. It would have been as easy as taking 10 seconds to inform me that they were running late. When I left for personal reasons and communicated that, only then did I receive WhatsApp audio messages and missed calls. Then this woman decided to call me SIX times at nine in the evening, using the work phone and then the landline. She then had the audacity to ask me, after making six calls, what time would be good to call me. Surreal. The next morning I informed her that I did not want to speak to her anymore; if there were other properties managed by them, I would get in touch. Overall, within less than 24 hours, she has already called me back twice. It’s a shame that they treat clients like dogs, with a lamentable attitude, arrogance, and zero professionalism until you stand up against this abuse towards people in a hurry to find a place to live.
