Fantastic experience: Buying an apartment is one of the most unpleasant and complicated bureaucratic processes we have experienced so far. Feeling supported by professionals who know the way, who answer the phone when you need it and who explain all the steps pedagogically is a balm in a process where incompetence and coldness abound. After rushing me and pressuring me to sign the deposit, knowing I already had the mortgage approved and a pre-appraisal of the apartment done, one day before signing the deposit, Juan Carlos, the seller from the real estate agency Canals, canceled my deposit signing and prioritized another buyer who didn’t need a mortgage, according to him, by decision of the selling party.

On the contrary, the house has had a series of hidden defects and omissions of responsibility by the former owners. At least, show your face if you have so much prestige!!!! THEY LIE WHEN THEY SAY THEY DON'T KNOW THE MOISTURE OF THE APARTMENT AND THAT THEY WOULD NEVER SELL AN APARTMENT WITH MOISTURE!!!. LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND EVASION OF HIDDEN DEFECTS. SCAMMERS - YOU CANNOT TRUST CANALS: not at all Professional. they don’t show their face when the problem of hidden defects arises AND they sold me the apartment painted, hiding the moisture. Canals ignores while they have been my only contact in the purchase-sell!!!!! I placed my trust thinking that a real estate agency with many years in a town like Cerdanyola would be serious and trustworthy!!! the moisture after 2 weeks of signing the mortgage and Canals collected 6050 EUR thanks to my purchase and according to them they didn’t know anything... well, it's nothing FAIR nor PROFESSIONAL neither the process, nor the response, ... Everyone has the right to KNOW where they place their savings and a lifetime investment!!! If the apartment had defects and problems that were unknown and HIDDEN and CAMOUFLAGED, of course, it does not meet the expectations of the decision at the moment of buying and had I known, I might not have bought it or the price negotiated with CANALS should have been much lower but they hid it from me and when I asked who paid the real estate expenses, Canals answered me 'the selling party' but the 6050 EUR of real estate expenses to Mr. Juan Carlos Canals came out of my bank account on the day of the mortgage signing in front of the notary, because they were included in the price of the apartment, that is to say if this sale went ahead, Canals collected or else the sellers did not pay... It's a question of forms but I was not clearly explained before making the reservation. The notary Mr. Juan Correa asked the sellers and CANALS if they were selling me an apartment in good condition and they said yes..... By the way, the one who replies to the review LIES!!! WELL, THE TRUTH IS THAT CHARGING MORE THAN 6000 EUR TO DISENGAGE IN THIS WAY, I SEE IT WELL PAID.
