Negative experience: Some unpresentables, they manage nothing. They don't answer either the phone or the email. They resolve nothing.

Negative experience: They don't respond to emails, when they know who you are they don't assist you over the phone, and they don't manage incidents.

Negative experience: The worst company, not recommended at all. Poor management, no information, they don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails. They don't manage the community budget well.

Negative experience: Absolute inefficiency and maximum ineptitude. They do not attend to community complaints and there is no management at all, they do not respond, they do not serve. ZERO professionalism. A disaster in general.

Negative experience: They are very unprofessional. They never answer the phone, all communication has to be via email, but then they never respond, poor management of the community in general (from economic issues, logistics, neighbor problems....) They cannot manage half of the problems that have arisen for us as a community. Totally unadvisable experience!!!!!

Negative experience: Very bad experience. You call and they never answer, they always tell you they're too busy. I suggest that if they can't handle the communities they have, they should just say so and they automatically backtrack without knowing what to say. They only work until 2 PM... why? Without a doubt, a very profitable business. When you call, they tell you they're in another community and they're happy about it. The little they do is only if you shout at them four times. They take advantage of the hostility between some neighbors and the disinterest of many to avoid doing anything. And issues that even threaten safety, like elevators, garage cleaning... Terrible. I understand there are many similar businesses, but these take the cake.

Negative experience: Very poor community management, especially financially. Not recommended at all.
