Negative experience: Don't leave your investments in the hands of these worthless people, they are true scammers. They only look out for themselves; the only thing they will do for you is get you into a mess that they will then wash their hands of. You have been warned.

Negative experience: A disgrace! During the visit to an apartment, they didn't tell us that we had to deposit an additional month's fee as an agency commission (€1,000 just like that) in addition to the 2 months deposit and the current month, which totals €4,000. They said they communicated this, but neither my partner nor I heard it, nor was it announced on the website; they simply told us it was two months deposit and the current month. In total, we were informed 1 hour before signing the contract and receiving the keys through a WhatsApp audio asking how we wanted to pay the commission, in cash or other means, leaving us astonished. Not only that, but then talking with the owner about this situation, we found out that it's not just €1,000, but we also have to include the 21% VAT (€1,210), which they were eventually going to deduct for the inconvenience. All this after leaving us hanging the day before just 10 minutes before the scheduled time to sign the lease and hand over the keys. (The cleaner had taken the keys). Abysmal.

Negative experience: Alguna de sus agentes no son profesionales y hay que tener mucho cuidado al comprar viviendas, sobre todo al negociar las arras, ya que de una versión a otra intentan que solo queden los cambios que favorezcan al vendedor. Incluso intentan convencer al notario de hacer cambios en las escrituras que perjudiquen al comprador aunque en las arras ponga otra cosa. En la revisión de los inmuebles hay que ver todo con lupa ya que los vicios de la vivienda no los dirán. Se aconseja hablar con el administrador de fincas para ver que no haya derramas (incluso aunque el certificado diga que no las hay).
