Negative experience: On the first day, I called the owner to tell them I was interested in an apartment and would like to see it, and he told me that his colleague would call me. But a week went by and no one called me, so I called them back. The girl asked me if I am an employee or self-employed, I told her I am self-employed, and she said 'you declare very little, before seeing the apartment you have to show us your tax return and the last two quarters.' How ridiculous!!!! She doesn't know me or has ever seen me with the name I provided, and she knows that I declare very little??? It's a shame she doesn't work for the FBI. In the end, I found out that she thought I was from India, what's the problem? Does not being Spanish matter? That's racism. Anyway, the next day I brought the documents she asked for, the man reviewed them, checked the mortgage, even investigating my assets (with only the intention of seeing the apartment). Then, he told me that his colleague would call me to set up a day to show me the apartment. But I still haven’t received any call from his colleague.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I give one star because I can't put 0. I contacted them about buying an apartment. The first time they scheduled an appointment, which they canceled because the apartment had already been sold; okay, I can understand that. For the second apartment, the sales rep messaged me to meet, and I told him as soon as possible, 'tomorrow at 16:00' - perfect. I showed up at 16:00, the guy didn’t show up, I contacted him, and he said, 'dude, the apartment has been sold.' Without warning, they cancel the appointment; they want you to buy through WhatsApp because it seems like the apartments sell before you can visit them. But the worst part is the lack of respect in not showing up for an appointment that wasn’t canceled, and finally, the salesperson's phrase, 'there are many clients like you,' was his response to, 'do you think it's normal to treat a client like this?'. Anyway, fortunately, I have everything in writing through WhatsApp.

Cero interés en enseñarte nada, mucho anuncio-gancho que a las pocas horas de publicarse ya está sospechosamente vendido. Me da la impresión de que al no querer tramitar la hipoteca a través de ellos, no se llevan comisión de ti como comprador y por lo tanto no eres comprador apto. Finalmente, gracias al no-servicio encontré vivienda a través de un particular, que es lo mejor que te puede pasar, para evitar intermediarios y ahorrarte un pellizco. Muy contenta con la atención y con todas las chicas del departamento de alquiler que he tratado. Donde otras inmobiliarias mostraron poco interés y nos hicieron perder tiempo, aquí fueron rápidos y eficaces, aún con lo difícil que resulta encontrar alquiler anual en nuestra ciudad… Nos quedamos con el primer piso que nos enseñaron, hace ya más de un año. De momento, no tenemos quejas. En general la experiencia es muy buena.
