Negative experience: The WORST real estate agency in Benidorm.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, they only care about the buyer, and when you call to see what is happening with the sale, they don't answer the phone, and if you leave a negative review, they block it. I had the same experience as this girl named Lorena, it's a shame of a real estate agency, don't risk it with them, they lie more than they speak.

Negative experience: Due to inheritance and other issues, I have sold quite a few properties and had to work with several real estate agencies, which I decided to rate positively or negatively based on my experience to help others in the process of buying and selling a property choose a good real estate agency. Clearly, the real estate area Costablanca is an example of what to avoid. Shady people, unprofessional, without their word and without ethics. Benidorm is a complicated market where there are many real estate agencies that are not professional and charge abusive commissions on top of that. I could tell a long story about the suffering I experienced because of these people; for me, it was psychologically exhausting, a calvary of helplessness and uncertainty. José Miguel, the boss, is just a salesman with a lot of verbiage who will do whatever it takes to sell and take his commission. He placed me with a buyer who needed financing while there was another person who could pay in cash (his interests would be... added to the commission he takes for managing the vacation rental). Then he sold me the surprise that the appraisal came in low (which everyone knew would be low before appraising, even the buyer who wanted to include a clause for that case to get the downpayment back). When things started getting complicated, he wouldn’t answer my calls, kept me uninformed about everything... The property was appraised 10 days before the contract ended due to his mismanagement and the buyer’s inconsideration despite my insistence on the operation process. After sending him emails and even a burofax without any response, a month later, I receive a burofax stating that the operation could be signed at the notary (with two days' notice and without even a time). I called the notary, and surprisingly, the appointment was at 9:15 in the morning; the sellers lived 500 km away, an act of good faith... as always. To top it off, José Miguel at the notary told me that the buyer wouldn’t pay the proportional part of the IBI because it wasn’t included in the downpayment (he told me verbally that the buyer would take care of it, but he has no word...). On the day of the sale, the deed wasn’t prepared at the notary’s office; it seemed like a joke, no seriousness, and the boss thought he had more power than the notary. Taida, his wife, I had very little contact with her, and it was enough to surprise me with her incompetence. In the downpayment, she put my account number wrong and told me it was no problem (of course, they intended to withhold the downpayment), she miscalculated the sale checks and intended to charge via a check issued by the bank… even the invoices to charge were not squared to the cent! A disaster. Alicia, what can I say about a person who speaks ill of her boss and boasts of selling a lot, although having very questionable manners, I don’t know how she achieves it. Honestly, I was upset to sell with these people the apartment that my father left me with so much love and effort, but I didn’t want more disappointments, that was enough. I hope this review helps other people avoid this kind of people who think they are above others and are not trustworthy, pirates, and irresponsible. And José Miguel, if his arrogance allows it, maybe he can learn something that in the 28 years he claims to have been in the real estate world, he hasn’t learned, it hasn’t been worth much to him. In this job, you have to have people skills, which he absolutely does not have, and have a little respect for the client who pays you and whom you owe. If even after all this, someone decides to work with them, they should find a lawyer first because they will need one with these shady people.

I SOLD MY MOTHER'S APARTMENT WITH THEM AND THEY ARE A DISGRACE, THEY DID NOT FULFILL ANYTHING AGREED AND THEY DECEIVED US FOR NOT HAVING SOME THINGS IN WRITING, THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. ANYONE WORKING WITH THEM SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR THE CONSEQUENCES. ESPECIALLY THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE. COMPLETE IRRESPONSIBLES.

Negative experience: ONE OF THE WORST REAL ESTATE AGENCIES I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. IF THEY CAN DECEIVE YOU, THEY WILL. I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN. THE OWNER AND HIS WIFE ARE THE WORST.!! BE CAREFUL WITH THEM!!

Negative experience: From my personal experience, I can say that this is the worst real estate agency I have ever encountered in my life. With their manager Jose Miguel at the helm, his wife Taida (the accountant, although numbers aren't her strong suit because even the checks were miscalculated just like the errors in account numbers) and Ms. Alicia who, due to her bad manners, doesn't seem to be a salesperson. It is the most informal, shady, and least professional real estate agency in Benidorm that I know. For them, a signature on contracts has no validity because they don't adhere to what was agreed upon. They withhold the deposits. When they are not interested, they don't answer the phone and their word means nothing, because later Jose Miguel will deny it, claiming that it is not signed in writing. Therefore, it’s their word against yours. In short, they are not presentable and not recommendable.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, they make sales when they want, poor service and be careful that after 6 months we received a notification from the tax office, to have more problems.

Negative experience: If at any point you are not satisfied with them, do not like their conditions, and decide to deal with another agency, they call you, insult you, threaten you... if you leave a bad review, they automatically ask other people to rate them positively. It is clearly seen. Anyway.

Negative experience: Bad experience! I am interested in buying a chalet, I called Alicia to schedule a visit and according to her, my work hours are incompatible for the visit. She directed me to another real estate agency! Never seen before. After seeing my review, she called me on the phone, sent me a WhatsApp to tell me to take a valerian tea and to check if I had a problem in my head, total disrespect. Reviews are meant to share good or bad experiences. In my case, it does not mean that other employees of this real estate agency work in the same way, it's a shame.
