Negative experience: Although the staff was friendly, the apartment we rented left much to be desired. First and foremost, we rented for 5 people and there were only bed linens for 4, and towels for 2; it had air conditioning but only in the living room, making it impossible to sleep in the bedrooms due to the heat (neither another split nor a fan); basic items were missing such as hand soap, frying pans, the toaster was broken, the drawers had loose handles, and although the apartment looked clean at first glance, I stored my clothes in the drawers and they came out covered in dust.

Negative experience: !!!"BEFORE ENTERING THE DOOR READ CAREFULLY:"!!! INCOMPETENT, INTERESTED AND FALSE. We saw an apartment advertised and we were interested in it, we sent them an offer and we asked them and they only answered a little, we called them on the phone and they never picked up, they only answered you by WhatsApp. It turns out that they deign to say on WHATSAPP EVERYTHING, never spoken because they don't know how to show their face, that it is already sold more expensive. CLEARLY the more expensive the more commission they charge the seller, the comments they have on Google below are totally true. If you walk through the door read the comments. Not recommended. Fantastic experience: Les explique cuales eras mis preferencias a la hora de comprar y rápidamente buscaron un piso que se adaptara a mis solicitudes, solventes, atentos, rápidos y muy educados. Si no fuera porque comprar un piso no es algo que se haga todos los días, repetiría sin dudarlo. Recomendables a un 200%.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia en piso de la calle Montecarlo, Rincón de Loix, Benidorm. Ubicado en una Urbanización de 4 Bloques, nunca hay plaza para el parking, aparca cualquiera que entra, la piscina solo tiene sol por las mañanas temprano porque hay edificios que la rodean, las vistas son a un edificio enorme, los ascensores siempre petados porque el edificio está en la ladera de la montaña y nadie coge los ascensores de arriba, edificio antiguo con mas de 100 apartamentos, lo peor " mucho ruido a todas horas ", imposible descansar en algún momento del día, golpes, portazos, gente que corre por los pasillos, no hay seguridad por las noches, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, no vale ni una estrella para valorar.
