Fantastic experience: Great, very attentive

Negative experience: 20 minutes before the appointment to see a house for sale, the lady calls me to say that she couldn't show it to me because she had found some people in front of the office who wanted to buy right away. Besides the lack of respect (my parents had traveled to see the house and I had changed my work shift) and the little professionalism, the lady had told me that I was the first to see the house. In short, many lies that only had the purpose of making money as quickly as possible, regardless of customer service. Worst experience with an agency.

Negative experience: Castillos properties, where you go, they promise to call you back and never do. You call them 4 times during the day and they don't pick up.
