Fantastic experience: Excellent holidays in Sta Margarida, top location (15 minutes walk from the Roses market, close to the marina) everything can be done on foot. High-quality accommodation, the numbered underground parking is really a plus. The agency APIVEND suggested we settle the balance and the deposit before arrival to have the keys in a specific box. As a result, we were able to take possession of the apartment from 12:30. Everything was well arranged by this agency that we recommend. It is highly likely that we will return to this rental, certainly the best value for money.

Positive experience: We had an excellent stay in the apartment. We were warmly welcomed by a lady with a welcome gift. However, we regret not being accompanied as the apartment is difficult to find, the parking is narrow, there was no inventory done, and the cleaning was mediocre (crumbs in the living room and the bathroom trash not emptied, mattress and pillow covers not changed). Therefore, we find the 60€ requested for cleaning to be excessive. Nevertheless, we are considering returning to your area.

There are many sales agencies in this city, all claiming to have exclusive sales, however, they place sales ads and forget about the client.
