Fantastic experience: Everything is great!

Positive experience: I stayed with a group of 4 people, and honestly, for the price, it was great. Everything was clean... the only complaints are that a socket was broken but charged perfectly, the shower leaked water from the wall (they do not provide towels), when communicating with the owner (in my case) it took a while to respond and we didn't see him in person, he placed the keys in a key location (we arrived later than the check-in time) and lastly, we were told there was wifi but it didn't work. But as I added, for the price it was great, we stayed for 2 nights... seeing the reviews I was scared but in my case it went well. It has two pools, one for adults and another for the kids, they are small and not very deep but still, it was worth it (attached photo). I would come back more times, I hope this comment helps.

Negative experience: We just left 3 apartments in this complex, and the only good thing that happened to us is that we tried to forget all the damages and have a good time. Since the day we arrived a week ago, 3 families with 6 kids between 3 and 6 years old and a pregnant woman seven months along, it was all problems. In 2 of the apartments, there was no WiFi, and they rented it to us with it. In one, the living room TV didn’t work, the shower head sprayed water on the ceiling, and when they opened the dishwasher, it almost fell on the pregnant woman. In our apartment, the door wouldn’t close by itself; you had to use the key twice, or it would be left open, and the doorknob came off in your hand. They told us that when we entered. In the shower plate, there were WORMS, the toilet lid was broken, and on the second day, the living room filled with water because the sink pipe broke. We mentioned the worms to them, they came the next day, put silicone and bleach to see if it would help, and yesterday they came out again, and the sink broke at noon, and they sent a plumber for 8 am the next day, meaning an early wake-up on vacation. The toilet lid, now that we were leaving, they said they would change it because, according to them, it's not easy to change a toilet lid. Our friends got a €50 refund for the WiFi issues, and they told us they wouldn’t refund anything more than the deposit. I asked, 'Okay, I understand you refund them, but why not us if we’ve had a thousand problems?' They said it was because they had supposedly told the agency not to list that they had WiFi. I don’t believe that because I had it, and we rented together. Of course, you must understand that things break. SORRY! They say now they have brought a rubber mat for the shower plate and a lid. My husband tells them that’s not the solution. In short, to not drag this on, the guy got angry and told us, 'Just take €50 and leave already.' On top of that, I had to change the bed sheet because I put a new one as it had a stain. Yes, on the first night, I used one of my sheets for my son because the bottom sheet had a stain. He replied that in a hotel, if they have no more rooms, you stay in the same one. Yes, but they would have fixed everything the same day and compensated us for all that. To add to all this, the air conditioning cannot be regulated; either you freeze or you turn it off and suffer from the heat. And to go to the beach, which is NOT far, let me clarify, you have to go down and then, of course, hike up a big hill, which is not mentioned in the ad. I want to clarify that all the time we were very polite and understanding. We gave them permission to stay or enter the apartment without us, and we spoke to them correctly every time we told them something was wrong, but we aren't idiots. Others would have asked for more than a €50 refund. I also want to clarify that both Marta and Israel seemed very nice and attentive, but Israel got angry when we talked about money and was the one who told us everything I mentioned.

Fantastic experience: Everything was perfect, the only thing is that the pool is a bit small, but otherwise, cleanliness and staff deserve a 10.

Negative experience: Regrettable experience

Negative experience: Without taking the review negatively, the apartment in question is mediocre in all aspects, both in location concerning the beach and in the facilities themselves; the pool in particular is the smallest among the neighboring complexes. The construction of the apartment blocks in general is quite old, and the elevators work one day yes and another day no. Another negative aspect is that the air conditioning is not adjustable; if you leave it on at night, you freeze, and if you turn it off, you get hot. Check everything well before hiring.

Fantastic experience: Apartment on the second line of the beach. With everything necessary, very clean and comfortable. The owner is a charm. If we return, we will repeat without a doubt.
