Fantastic experience: During the purchase of our studio, Chiqui attended to us. A great service, attentive and available at all times, she clarified doubts and solved problems. We are very happy.

Fantastic experience: Good treatment and ease of handling the procedures for buying an apartment with Chiqui. She, as a real estate agent, facilitated everything between the seller and me (as the buyer). Procedures, paperwork, visits, payment facilities for the deposit or earnest money contract...etc. Everything was fine, energy certificate, debts up to date (property tax, community fees,...) And after the sale, she is available in case something is needed regarding the acquired property. Thanks for everything. Maybe a 'but'... I would have liked to lower the purchase price more... but I think any buyer would say that.

Negative experience: Horrible how they handle the procedures, a terrible experience, I don’t want to hear about Inmomiel again, they did the worst job possible, they sent a request for the purchase of a VPO home without sending the necessary documents, the Board denied my purchase, I had to go to the delegation with the documents and do the procedure myself, the deed signing date had already passed, I sold my apartment and delivered the deposit and still didn’t have anywhere to move to, I had to ask for the favor of getting the authorization before the corresponding deadline, I almost ended up without housing because of them and on top of that, they delivered the apartment to me destroyed and full of junk and dirty furniture, they have no idea how to serve customers or sell apartments, the worst part is that they only care about themselves and nothing and nobody else. The one they call Chiqui, who by the way never told me her real name, and the other one they call Isa, are two very dangerous individuals, they lied to me from the beginning, the apartment had debt from the community that they didn’t even mention, and since Isa is a friend of the previous owner, she did everything to favor her which has harmed me greatly, I am still paying the consequences of trusting these bad people.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, they work very professionally, making all the procedures easy for you, which are not few.... I have loved dealing with them, they are very efficient and advise you on absolutely everything. I recommend it 100%.
