Negative experience: I have never had worse service in my life. A guy named Roberto, very nervous, answered me very rudely; I tried to rent an apartment for a season and he didn't respond. The day I called him again, he got upset for having to give me an answer when I pressed him. It's a total waste of time; out of 5 apartments I had to send him to tell me when to see and their conditions, he didn't answer anything. I went to another real estate agency in the area and in 1 day I had a really nice apartment rented... literally. I still look at the ads on idealista and all the apartments he has are still there. Everything is very strange.

Negative experience: Racism and arrogance at an outrageous level from Roberto, one of the agents who assisted us. We called about a rental house until May in Carihuela. We met all the requirements to rent the property, from the stay (until the owner wants) as well as the financial ones (providing all the requested documentation). Roberto, the founding partner, who responds to this review never sent the documentation to the owner, otherwise he would have replied that the requirements are not met or whatever he invents. But the point is that he NEVER informed. If he had informed, this review would never have existed. I don't know if it's a scam, or if he wants to rent the house himself or to a relative, if that's the case, he should remove the ad and not waste time. The treatment received from Roberto, calling it terrible is an understatement. And yes, it is racism, since the only reason for denial is that we are Spaniards, if we were Germans or English, he wouldn't have put up any objections. I would never recommend this agency for finding a house or for managing the rental or sale of it. Above all, we are people, so we should be treated with respect regardless of the accent we have or where we are from. Whether CEO, founding partner, or agent, people should not be mistreated. The three percent? I would say less three percent in humility and respect.

Negative experience: Unreliable brokerage firm with dubious processes and incorrect information on their ads. I was offered a 6 months short-term contract and accepted the offer after visiting the apartment with the broker. The apartment was reserved for me 3 days ago and today I was supposed to pay the rent + deposit + 1 month's rent in brokerage fees (!?)... But the broker texted me a message a few minuts ago informing me that the apartment has been rented to someone else. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I strongly disrecommend this company.

At Eltresporciento I find them effortlessly: Hospitable, professional, open, no-nonsense, value-for-money and top service are the labels that fit Eltresporciento completely for me. A close-knit team that has their office right in the center of Arroyo de la Miel. At Malaga airport you simply take the train to Arroyo and once there it is only a five minute walk to the agency. What a convenience. I have been renting an apartment on the Plaza Mayor in Arroyo de la Miel for months now; but I have seen that there are also apartments on the coast in their portfolio. Communication is available 24/7 via whatsapp or telephone. Any problems such as “the washing machine no longer works” are resolved quickly, effectively and in consultation. Eltresporciento had these core qualities for me before Corona came and they are unchanged good. I am very satisfied. Discover it for yourself and contact them electronically or visit the striking colorful office. The Plaza España with cozy terraces is 20 meters away; the place to chat. I will be staying at the Plaza Mayor for months to come. Bij sommige bedrijven weet je bij het eerste contact al meteen dat je goed zit. Zo is het en ik ken dat gevoel ook. Ik vraag mezelf dan af: heeft dit bedrijf 5 pluspunten voor mij? Bij Eltresporciento vind ik ze zonder moeite: Gastvrij, zakelijk, open, no-nonsense, value-for-money en top-service zijn de labels die voor mij helemaal passen bij Eltresporciento. Een hecht team dat hun kantoor midden in het centrum van Arroyo de la Miel heeft. Op het vliegveld van Malaga neem je simpel de trein naar Arroyo en daar aangekomen is het maar vijf minuten lopen naar de agency. Wat een gemak. Ik huur nu al maanden een appartement op de Plaza Mayor in Arroyo de la Miel; maar ik heb gezien dat er ook appartementen aan de kust in hun portfolio zitten. Communicatie is 24/7 paraat via whatsapp of telefoon. Eventuele problemen zoals “de wasmachine doet het niet meer” worden snel, doeltreffend en in overleg opgelost. Deze kernkwaliteiten had Eltresporciento voor mij al vóór dat Corona kwam en ze zijn onveranderd goed. Ik ben zeer tevreden. Ontdek het zelf en neem electronisch contact met ze op of ga eens langs in het opvallende kleurrijke kantoor. De Plaza España met gezellige terrasjes zit op 20 meter; de plek om na te praten. Ik verblijf nog maanden op de Plaza Mayor.

Fantastic experience: Hace unos meses compramos un piso cuyo anterior propietario contrató a esta inmobiliaria para gestionar la compraventa. Lo cierto es que creo que fue buena elección. Como compradores, nos asesoraron, se adaptarona nuestras peticiones, nos ayudaron en lo que hizo falta y siempre estuvieron ahí para las dudas y obstáculos que iban saliendo, ya que comprar un piso no es fácil. Así que lo justo es darles las gracias a través de esta reseña más que positiva, que sirva para otras personas que quieran comprar o alquilar y fomentar la cara amable, profesional y legal que eltresporciento ofrece, cualidades escasas en el sector.
