Do not put in your advertisements for houses with vacation licenses that they are ground floor apartments, so that customers trust they comply with the new regulations, and then they turn out to be apartments on higher floors. That's misleading people and wasting their time.

Then, that lady asked me, 'Where are you from?'. I replied, 'Spanish, from here', but she said no, that she heard an accent. I asked her, 'Why do you ask?'. She hung up. I called back and again she asked me, 'So, where are you from?'. Again I asked her, 'Why?'. She hung up the phone.

I would like to clarify that I, Lorena, manager of Benalcosta Home, am not Spanish but Argentine, and our clients come from different nationalities, which we love and we never have problems with. The interest in your nationality was merely to offer you personalized attention and to speak in your native language, thinking upon hearing you on the phone that you were from another nationality and thus making things easier for you; it is not the first time we want to know this as we speak English, French, Italian... It is true that the phone has cut off twice and that is due to a malfunction which I am eager to fix, as it is making it difficult for me to communicate the way I want. Lamentamos de verdad su enfado Stefan, para tener un alquiler seguro por ambas partes se requiere una serie de documentación importante para el alquiler. Antes los requisitos eran más sencillos y por ello más problemas a la hora de tener un alquiler seguro. No es que nos hayamos vuelto exquisitos con con los requisitos, sino que en cualquier inmobiliaria que vayas en Málaga te lo va a pedir, en tu caso el alquiler debía pasar un seguro el cual nos solicitaba ese tipo de documentación. No vemos motivo ninguno para que avise a nuestro público que se mantenga alejado de nosotros, al contrario, creemos que agradecerán tener un alquiler seguro, sobre todo con los tiempos que corren.En fin, si quieres te ayudemos en cualquier trámite, puede contar con nosotros, por supuesto y estaremos encantados de ayudar. Fantastic experience: We cannot recommend Milu and Benalcosta Home highly enough. From the moment we made first contact through to signing the contract the service has been nothing short of exceptional. Some people go the extra mile but Milu goes the extra 5 miles. She was constantly in touch with us keeping us advised of progress and answered the many questions we had quickly and efficiently. As we live in England it was not the easiest sale to administer and Milu did an incredible job as translator and advisor as the sale progressed from our offer being accepted through to picking up the keys and signing the contract. Furthermore, Milu is still providing help and support 3 weeks after the sale was finalised - that is customer service at its best. Milu and Lorena work very well together and you can see the joy they get from helping their clients. If and when we decide to sell our apartment in many years ahead we will definitely be asking Benalcosta Home to be our agents. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a property in the Costa Del Sol to go through Benalcosta Home - they helped make our dream come true!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing opportunity to work with Milu on multiple apartments and deals with clients. My experience with her was always cheerful, trustful, and respectful. I am an insanely busy person and she respected every minute of my day. She made our collaboration feel more like a good friend meeting than 'I came to show your place, open the door, bye'. But that's about feelings, let's talk about work. Milu speaks great English besides obviously talking Spanish and probably other languages I didn't get to know about. Milu was never late, she was always notifying me beforehand and always double confirming everything with a client before passing the information to me (crucial for me since I don't have time to be on my phone and read 100 messages, I need only important info). Her clients were always on point, they were interested and respectful towards my house (it would be weird if they wouldn't, right? But some agents are rude and they bring negative people). She is always on point with all the data, great with management and time schedule - we could do multiple meetings during the week and I would be notified beforehand so it doesn't crash with my schedule - she made sure to know WHEN I am busy and schedule any viewings around it, I rarely see that with agents here. Conclusion - it was a gift to work with her and can't wait to collaborate with her again on all my future real estate.
