Negative experience: One of the worst agencies I have encountered. If the person who attended me on the phone was an employee, it seems that what they want is for this real estate agency to close down because otherwise it doesn’t make sense. And if it is the owner, it’s even worse that she serves customers so poorly. I hope they do as poorly as they serve.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give less. I spoke with a person from this agency, Elena, last week because I was interested in a house in a town on the outskirts of Ávila. I told her that I lived in Catalonia, but if she could make a video call visit since we live in another community, as all the other places had been doing it this way (the most logical). Her response was no, that seeing it by video call is the same as looking at the photos and that I would have to go see it in person (traveling from Catalonia to Castilla and León for something that I might not even keep). We decided to make an express trip as soon as possible since we were very interested, and she didn't give us another option either (200 euros for the express trip). When we had already decided to go, we asked her if she could do a visit on Monday at 11:30 (we told her the previous Friday), and she replied that she would send us the address and would contact me via WhatsApp (she didn't). So on Saturday, I decided to write to her to specify the address (supposedly she works on Saturdays). She didn't reply until Monday at 9:17 in the morning (I was already in Madrid, going to get the car to go to Ávila) indicating how to get to the house. After an hour and a half drive, and her arriving 5 minutes late, she calmly tells me that she won't be able to show me the house because it's already rented, but she would show me another one that doesn't accept pets, and I had already told her that I had pets (she showed it to me to make me feel like I hadn't gone in vain). Clearly, I'm not interested in that house or anything else from this agency or this person, who has seemed to me the least professional I have ever seen in my life. I find it EMBARRASSING everything that happened and how. She blaming the owners for informing her that morning (who supposedly knowing I was coming from Catalonia should have contacted the real estate agency to inform them, would be the least). But instead of notifying me at the very moment she found out, calling me to turn back, and at least that way maybe I could save 15 minutes of travel, she had to wait until I was in the town and arrived calmly to tell me that it couldn't be and that she would show me another house just to make me feel like I hadn't gone for no reason. EMBARRASSING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Both from the organization they have with the owners and for not realizing that a house has been rented unless they manage things this way. This joke has cost me 200 euros, and nobody pays me for this, and instead of making things easier wanting to make a move between communities, like making a simple video call as everyone does, they did things poorly, wasting my time and money. Besides, according to the law, the real estate fees must be paid by the owner, this agency charges you for the month's rental commission plus VAT. SHAME, both the worker and the agency and its operation.
