The girl who attended us (Sharon) was very kind and friendly, she explained and helped us at all times. Negative experience: Terrible experience. Just three days before our move, we were informed that we could not enter the rented property, despite having a signed contract, paid deposits, and having notified our previous landlord. This irresponsible management has left us in a complicated situation, reflecting a worrying lack of professionalism from the real estate agency in a context where housing in Lanzarote is as it is.

Negative experience: They are not trustworthy, they keep the reservations. They tell you there is some problem with the owner with any story and wash their hands off.

Negative experience: Beware of this real estate agency!!! Feeling of SCAM! They do not want to return my €2,000 deposit, they said they would, and then they stopped answering me. Poor and slow communication, always with excuses, if you do not stay on top of them, they do not move things and do not make progress with the processes. But above all: do not pay them anything!! They will not return it to you later. I see that others have had the same experience as me.

Negative experience: I'M SHARING MY EXPERIENCE AGAIN AFTER IT DISAPPEARED FROM THE WEB!!!! TO AVOID MORE FEELINGS OF SCAM. Experience culminating in a COMPLAINT in the Arrecife court for BREACH OF CONTRACT by the REAL ESTATE AGENCY, with a ruling CONDEMNING the said real estate agency to REFUND the amount of money (from the down payment contract and as the deposit holder that the real estate agency was). Money that HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED. Experience: DISASTROUS, the contract was breached, with bad faith, ZERO professionalism and with the final feeling of SCAM!! So I recommend legal advice before signing any type of contractual document and NOT GIVING MONEY IF THE REAL ESTATE AGENCY IS A DEPOSIT HOLDER. Any other affected party like me, please contact me. 02/10/2023. Responding to the real estate agency's reply, if they want to resolve the pending inconveniences, it is as simple as paying the amount they have seized under court order with the corresponding interests. Their goodwill is so good that we have been waiting for that money for months. I hope they don't take so long to pay their employees. Best regards and let's see if their intentions are greater and we see it reflected soon in the account.

Negative experience: Unreliable! Very kind and helpful at first, but I have been waiting 6 months for a refund on a reservation, which I have every right to since the project cannot be carried out. They have given me the cancellation contract but do not refund my money and haven't answered my calls or emails for months. NEVER AGAIN with this agency.
