Positive experience: Excellent real estate agency, the problem is not with them but with the island, there are almost no properties to rent ... maybe there's a lack of good communication

Negative experience: You request information about a property you find online... Surprise, it's occupied, instead of offering me alternatives or trying to find something that could suit me... They hung up the phone before I had time to ask more. Super efficient, I loved the experience. Maybe they are very busy but... that's not how you do things.

Negative experience: I have been calling for a week trying to speak with the person who manages the rentals, and there is no way to reach them. I must have called 10 times at different hours and nothing. I have sent WhatsApp messages and I also can't get anyone to at least respond to me... I have also left messages through Idealista and I still haven't received a response... I certainly do not recommend a real estate agency that NEVER answers the phone or responds to messages. Please have a little professionalism and if you post an ad, don't waste others' time, as our time is also valuable.

Negative experience: Some incompetents. The guy hung up the phone on me rudely without listening to me properly or addressing my question. Super rude and it seems they have no desire to work; if they don't like people, they shouldn't work in customer service. I don't give 0 stars out of pity.

Negative experience: Gestionan muy mal las acciones referente a los inquilinos de los pisos, son lentos para actuar, cálidad precio no va de la mano... siempre solicitamos una solución o no hay una respuesta afectiva, desde el primer momento de alquilar ya presentaba detalles en la vivienda... simplemente no la recomiendo ....... Negative experience: i call this agency to rent apartment long let rental,they tell me the apartment is still for rent ,No pets allowed and 2 month deposit!!,i said ok ,then they tell me see you in the morning!!!,i cancel all the appointment i had tha morning with my customers as i have a hairdresser salon,then late that night i get message saying that's the apartment is already rent, totally disappointed...
