Positive experience: House in a perfect location, close to everything you need, quiet place, I felt very good.

Negative experience: This place is the worst to trust on for a reservation , i've tried to book couple times, they charged my money and never answered back my messages or phone calls. I was waiting to know what would happen and finally after one week they answered back saying it's all fully booked until next year! So they made me wait for a week with a reservation payed and ignored me. Thank God I booked somewhere else. Definitely dont reccomend to anyone

Positive experience: Let me start with the pros: ✅ The place is well located in the middle of Playa Las Americas ✅ In the complex there is a nice swimming pool ✅ Internet is fast and stable ✅ Supermarket, beaches, restaurants, clubs, and bus stops are near by ✅ Host is nice and helpful ✅ I got Monitor to use And now time for complaining: ❌ Stnadard is low in comparition to the price ❌ I got a different room then the one shown to me on the pictures ❌ Neighbors is loud (many drunk and loud tourists) ❌ Some of the guests of coleaving comming just to have a fun and don't respect other people who are working (for example listening loud music) In general I can recommend this place to younger people (18 - 25), rather for a holiday then for a longer stay.

Positive experience: Oasis Coliving consists of a few shared apartments (3 people each) and a few studios in a slightly worse location (roughly 15-20 minutes away from the shared apartments). People who get tired of living in the shared apartments often switch to one of the studios after a month (but beware, the studios are noisy and have bad internet connection, read other reviews on that). I spent a month in the shared apartments in February/March. The apartments (I lived in two of them) are in pretty bad shape: Stoves not working, no proper pan or knives, cockroaches, bad wifi connection in some of the rooms, no wall between two of the working areas so you can't have meetings at the same time, few plug sockets and no distribution sockets, TV not working, no screens, I could go on for a while. In short: Not at all as advertised and not very suited for digital nomads. All that being said, they are organizing events such as cooking nights and meet-ups, there is a beachvolleyball group and there are plenty of partys. The location is amazing in the center of Playa de las Americas and the shared pool is great for a quick swim. If you are looking for a fun time in Tenerife and don't care so much about cleanliness and bad working conditions or if you can bring your own equipment, this can be great value-for-money (because of very affordable monthly rates).

Negative experience: Very small, dirty and noisy. High price for low quality. It is really not worth the money ..

Negative experience: Leider war es sehr laut und schmutzig. Nach der Lautstärke habe ich vorab gefragt und es hieß es ist nicht laut. Auf meine Nachfrage vor Ort wurde ich geghosted. Die Bilder sind stark bearbeitet. In Wirklichkeit ist alles sehr alt, schmutzig und viel kleiner. Keine Ahnung warum die anderen so gut bewerten, vlt gekauft?

Negative experience: I don’t ever write reviews but feel I need to for this one to warn other remote workers. I stayed for only two weeks but was disappointed and frustrated from beginning to end. It felt like I was swindled and scammed. Before arriving, I was sent photos of a nice apartment by the owner but the one I was provided was nothing like the images. It was old, filthy and plenty of broken fixtures. When I mentioned this to the staff, requesting a discount or different room, I was blown off and made to feel like I was in the wrong. The place advertises as a digital nomad ‘oasis’ but it’s a nomads nightmare. There was loud construction during the day due to renovations and then lots of horrible music coming from the local pubs, and, the wifi provided was rubbish. I kept getting kicked off and missed a few important meetings because of it. Not ideal working circumstances to say the least. If you’re in Tenerife and looking for a party place this might work for you. But, if you have a serious job you care about and want some basic comforts, avoid!

Negative experience: Most disorganized rental service. Places are really poor quality, just basic things thrown together and not at all as described. Not very clean, nothing works properly. The people that run things don't care about running a proper business, they just like to organize drinking events. If you're heading to Tenerife to party for a month straight then it's probably the place for you, bit if your a nomad that wants a proper work space and a comfortable place to stay then you should avoid.

Negative experience: They put me in the most horrible hotel imaginable. Nobody with a sense of dignity, or who cares about their reputation, would send you to ponderosa hotel, which has the most 1 star reviews of any hotel here. Don't give your money to oasis, they don't care about you having a good time. Go to a legit coliving more in the north.

Fantastic experience: I definitely loved it, one of the best experiences I have had, sharing with derias, tespondables and wonderful people ... Tenerife a charming place that I would undoubtedly repeat ... there are many activities and places to visit ... thanks to oasis colivibg I was able to know and do many activities in the company of very nice people who made my stay a great experience

Fantastic experience: I spent 2 months there (july/august 2021) and it was my first experience as a digital nomad. After 2 months, my only wish was to stay more but unfortunately I had to go back to the office. This was an amazing experience for me. Good internet connection, the hosts proposed me to have a desk and a desk chair, so it was perfect to work. The location is really great, 2min from the grocery store and barber shop, 5min from the beach, 5min also from the surf spot. There is also a (shared private) pool in the complex (perfect to swim during the lunch break). I have never felt alone during my stay because you can live with 2 other flatemates. The hosts are welcoming and they often propose activities. Another important thing : you are with other digital nomads, that means that it will be quite during the night because everybody has to work the next morning (i.e no party during the night while you want to sleep). If I could become a digital nomad again, I would definitely go there one more time !!

Fantastic experience: I became digital nomad here. What a place! I spend really good time at this coliving. People are really kind. I have friends around all of the world now. 4 months at this place and definately feel like home. Whatever you want, everything is close. Best place for surfers also. I like also, that skatepark is so close :)
