Negative experience: Me sorprende la valoración tan buena que tiene esta inmobiliaria. Mi experiencia ha sido pésima, por teléfono muy buenas palabras para sacarte los datos personales que les interesa y a la hora de la verdad... me desplazo desde otra CCAA aposta para ver las viviendas y cero facilidades, la mujer que me atendió nada empática e incluso borde con sus palabras. Suerte que hay muchas otras inmobiliarias. No mandéis los datos que os piden con la excusa de filtrar a quien le enseñan las viviendas y a quien no, el resto de inmobiliarias no lo piden.

Negative experience: Increíble como tiene tan buenas reseñas cuando la atención para querer alquilar un piso es fatal siempre que quieren alquilar un piso te dicen que ya está separado o que está reservado y etc, te piden nóminas contratos y todo te dicen que si pasas la solvencia pero para piso más económicos y al rato de la hora te termina ofreciendo pisos que pasan la supuesta solvencia y el piso que deseas alquilar ni una visita te dan, atención fatal o al menos cambien a la que hace el trámite para alquiler porqué las otras chicas que atienden para vender son muy majas pero la de los alquileres falta y de paso nunca está y llega a trabajar super tarde

Negative experience: I bought an apartment, and they only let me see it 1 hour before buying it, asking to go several days to take measurements and more things. When I bought it, they let me in, and I found surprises in the apartment, asking them in front of the notary if there were any hidden defects, to which they replied no and gave me the runaround to sell. And it turns out it had several hidden defects... I would not deal with them again. They need to be upfront and disclose everything the property has, not just half.
