Fantastic experience: Very good agency, very good reception
Positive experience: The views are unbeatable, but we didn't even have a bar of soap to wash our hands. There was also no dish soap, no cloths, and no trash can. Nothing that is considered minimally necessary. We had to shower with cold water the first night and no one attended to us until the next day. There are neither toilet brushes, nor toilet paper, nor a drying rack. The television is satellite and only has French channels. Most of the cabinets are locked and there is no space to put your belongings. In short, we don't think this is a house prepared to be rented. In terms of price-quality, we felt quite disappointed.

En realidad usted nunca llamo al numero de emergencia que se le indico a su llegada y siempre esta activo, bien si informo al dia siguiente de que no tenia agua caliente. Y por ese problema que tuvo se le permitio salir el último dia de sus vacaciones mucho más tarde sin ningun cargo. Por lo tanto no veo porque ahora pone una reseña negativa. Negative experience: The worst in the world The treatment received from Luisa has been the worst experience of our lives. We rented the Danlux Molí 12 from June 21 to 24. After waiting until the last hour on Friday for them to come fix the TV that didn’t even have an antenna cable, we returned at 8 PM and everything was the same. No TV service. We got into the pool and realized that the three entrance steps were completely broken... enough to cut our feet. And the bricks of the pool are piled up against a wall of the house. The loungers were covered in mud and cobwebs. The next day, out of courtesy, we went first thing in the morning to report these incidents, and Mrs. Luisa dedicated herself to shouting at us like possessed without listening and telling us that the TV works when no channel comes through... the pool situation does not comply with safety regulations and she won't listen. She shouted at us disrespectfully and expected that she wouldn't change our house because she didn’t feel like it. That she would refund us and told us to leave... (as if that wasn’t enough). In other words, get out... she even had the audacity to say that she wouldn't charge us for that night. Ma'am... that night the services contracted were not fulfilled and you were obliged to rehouse us in a similar or superior house as dictated by section 14 of the signed contract. You have ruined our vacation and sent us home... we should have called the local police in Tossa... take note for future experiences... Your insane yelling caused me palpitations and anxiety. You treated us like trash. I don't know if the worst will be receiving an insulting response from you, as I have seen you do with others. Legally, you ignore your obligations and the product you sell. This type of behavior should be supervised as well as the repercussions it causes us. For our part, we will take the necessary actions. For yours, if the pending subject is responsibility, courtesy, and the damages you caused to the client. I have photos that cannot be manipulated and videos that can't either. The bad energy was brutal. I have work to do to clean this from myself. This person has been more than depicted. And let me tell you... Your response means nothing to me. It will be discussed where it should be.
buenas tardes No voy a entrar en discusiones con usted, usted venia por un canal de venta vacacional y la decisión del canal fué que no podian reclamar nada porque no tenian razón. Insultar gratuitamente no le llevará a ningun lugar. Lo que si le puedo indicar es que esa misma casa se ocupo despues de su marcha y los clientes estuvieron satisfechos. Luisa Calpe
Negative experience: The outside of the house in Tossa del Mar was beautiful. The inside extremely basic, towels and even sheets on the beds were not provided as standard which is absolutely insane for a property like this. There wasn’t so much as toilet roll or hand soap/ washing up liquid. We had to go hunting to find sheets in a basement, seriously who travels with their own sheets? Cheap, old furniture, neon green, turquoise etc unmatching bedding. Not one of the bedrooms was particularly nice. Decor inside is extremely dated and mismatched. The large dining / party room was great but there isn’t really Anywhere that everyone could sit or eat together which was a shame. The absolute worst part of our experience was our “host” Luisa and her horrendous customer service. Whilst we were initially impressed with her extensive stapler collection in the office, our delight soon turned into disappointment . We arrived at 7:07 after letting the host know we were en route from barcelona and keeping her updated . The first thing we are welcomed with is a €50 fine for her having to wait 7 mins, she told us she “doesn’t wait for free”. Despite that we had to wait almost 40 mins for her to find the keys. We are a group of professionals friends and couples all aged between 30 and 40 we were told we needed to contact her stating our professions ahead of arrival, something which has never been required of me in any booking villa, hotel or otherwise at any time previously. Our welcome could not have been more rude . The girl who actually took us to our villa was sweet and told us the older woman had wanted a reason to turn us away because she thought we nignt have a party because we are young. The owners of these villas need to do something about the management because it is the worst rental experience I have ever had. We stay in large rentals monthly as a group and have never been spoken to like this (or had to bring our own sheets ). Avoid Update as response to Luisas response. I think mine, and other negative reviews have only been validated by the insane lack of professionalism of the host. Their claims that we weren’t met by Luisa are ridiculous, the woman we met in the office introduced herself as such and the same woman is on their Instagram page tagged as Luisa, it’s also her replying to this review. In any case, how could she possibly know if we were met by Luisa given that you have no idea when I visited. My review is factual, the grounds were beautiful, the house ok, the service horrendous. I have hundreds of reviews on here, all fair and reasonable. I have left maybe 1 1 star review of hundreds. Let that be a testament to my impression of this company. I work as a travel and fashion influencer so the suggestion that in fact the service was perfect and I just don’t know about travel is ridiculous. Perhaps if you took some of this criticism on board, behaved with an ounce of professionalism and treated your customers with respect, you wouldn’t continue to get this kind of feedback. Do better, this is truly embarrassing for both your company and the owners of the houses you rent out.
Me entristece ver comentarios tan desagradables. Le respondo a cada uno de ellos. 1. Como indicado en el anuncio, en el precio no estan incluidas las sábanas, pero ofrecemos nuestro servicio de alquiler, eso ya lo sabia antes de reservar. 2. La Sra Luisa nunca les atendió. 3. La decoración es la misma que en las fotos. 4. Esta bien especificada la hora de check-in así como que si llega fuera de ese horario hay una penalización ya que alguien tiene que estar aqui esperándoles, fuera de su horario de trabajo. La falta de respeto de no llegar en el tiempo acordado, sin ningún tipo de pre aviso, les podía haber costado un NO SHOW, que significa que no se ha presentado y por lo tanto pierde el dinero y la reserva, no obstante una persona les estuvo esperando 5. Los datos que se les solicitaron fueron los que la ley obliga a pedir y entre estos datos ciertamente no esta el de saber su profesión, por lo que veo usted no ha viajado tanto como quiere hacernos creer ya que estaria al corriente de ello. Sinceramente clientes como ustedes no son nada recomendables
Negative experience: I booked a house for 3700€ a week even though it wasn’t worth that, but well, until then no problem. We left without an inventory done, and now I'm being asked for an amount of 150 € for a handle on a sliding door that we never opened. I am really unhappy with how the end of the vacation is turning out. The people were nice, but in the end I realize it’s just a facade and a lot of bad faith.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time we have booked with Danlux. We could not get the house we had initially booked due to technical problems (sceptic tank). Luisa offered us an equivalent property at the last minute. I would like to thank her for her reactivity. We had an excellent stay. In response to some comments, the deposit was returned to us after 4 days. We will come back next year. Thank you Luisa and the Danlux team.
Negative experience: Une ARNAQUE ! J’ai contacté cette agence pour une villa à tossa de mar via le site AIRBNB . Je paye le logement 3 mois avant mon départ en Vacances et la 3 jours avant de partir : l’agence me dit que la villa n’est plus disponible . Sans un mot d’excuse , nous dis que nous devons réserver un autre logement chez eux car pas de remboursement possible . Et nous propose donc une villa deux fois plus chère et complément bas de gamme en comparaison à la première . Sur Airbnb les avis négatif et de situation similaire s’accumule ! Heureusement la plateforme Airbnb nous a aidé car l’agence fait la morte !!!!!! Je vous déconseille !!! Une honte !!! Ça se réglera devant la justice !

Fantastic experience: Ayant loué 2 années d affilié des maisons avec Danlux ,je ne comprend pas certain commentaires ,les 2 maisons la YUTA et la OLIVA etaient juste sublime ,on n avaient vraiment plus envie de partir ,et pour ce qui es de madame Luisa et de son équipe ,nous les avons vraiment bien apprécié, certe au premier abord madame Luisa peut paraître un peu froide mais en discutant un peu on voit très vite que c est une personne très sympathique notre petit chien à même eu le droit à une friandise

Fantastic experience: Llevamos muchos años siendo clientes de Danlux, el trato con Luisa la directora ha sido siempre inmejorable. Las casas que alquila son una pasada para quienes no podemos disfrutar de el encanto de esta zona a diario, los servicios y el detalle están cuidados al máximo. Sin duda siempre que podemos venimos, y siempre hemos sido atendidos de forma perfecta, tanto es así que con el tiempo se ha ido forjando un trato de amistad y confianza. No entiendo los comentarios negativos hacia el trabajo de Luisa, a mi juicio no se corresponden con la realidad.

Forman parte del grupo de la resseña anterior, por este motivo le respondo lo mismo: Los unicos borrachos, agresivos, celebrando una fiesta y con el doble de personas de la capacidad permitida en la casa fueron ustedes, motivo por el cual y ante las amenazas que ustedes realizaron se tubo que recurrir a la ayuda policial.
Negative experience: This company is a scam. We had to cancel a booking due to Covid (we had our reservations pre covid) and they agreed by phone and email to give us a refund. After two months saying that it is a problem of the back not they refuse to give the money back so we have to take legal action. shameful!

Negative experience: I have rented a villa Palmera using Danlux invest (Louisa calpe). This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Luisa Calpe is rude and insulting. Details of my booking was leaked from her reservation system to the fraudsters and we were asked for a bank transfers, which she denied to be involved. Also she increased the rent after the original booking confirmation. The booking entry on Homeaway was duplicated with a larger amount. Instead of trying to sort things out, she was just insulting me. The villa Palmera was okay, but one bathroom was unusable because of the terrible drain smell. Avoid!
Atencion con la acusaciones sobre todo cuando no son ciertas y pueden tener represalias legales.Mi sistema no tiene ningun problema, en todos los emails e incluso en home away se advierte que el unico pago permitido por DANLUX es la carta de credito. Si su pc esta hackeado y usted hace una transferencia en una cuenta en italia, no puede acusar a DANLUX, de estafa, la unica culpable es usted. Y decir que la casa no es correcta solo porque no reconoce su culpa, es aun peor.

Negative experience: J'ai loué l'année dernière en août 2018 un appartement à Tossa par le biais de l'agence Danlux. Le logement était super, par contre, la suite beaucoup moins agréable. J'avais règle la totalité en espèces , solde de la location + caution de 150 €. Cette caution devait m'être rendue après le séjour mais à ce jour et cela fait déjà un an, je n'ai jamais récupéré mes 150 €. Malgré mes nombreux appels téléphoniques parfois sans réponse, c'est tellement plus facile de ne pas répondre surtout quand la cliente réside en France..., et mes mails, ma caution de 150€ ne m'a jamais été remboursée alors qu'il m'avait été dit lors de la remise des clés et le jour de l'état des lieux de sortie que je serais remboursée de cette caution par virement sur mon compte bancaire. Donc un conseil, ne réglez surtout pas en espèces mais en carte bancaire pour avoir une preuve. Je suis comptable et je ne comprends que ces 150 € qui ne sont pas une petite somme, ne réapparaissent pas en trop perçu dans le bilan comptable de fin d'année ??? Cela fait plusieurs années que je passe mes vacances à Tossa et je n'ai jamais rencontre ce genre de désagrément. Je serais à Tossa cet été et je compte bien aller à l'agence pour savoir pourquoi ma caution de 150 € ne m'a jamais été rendue et si les choses ne bougent pas, je ne laisserai les choses en l'état et ferai le nécessaire juridiquement. Je suis vraiment EXTRÊMEMENT déçue par le sérieux de cette agence.
