Fantastic experience: An unbeatable real estate agency!! 100% recommended. We purchased our attic in La Tejita with them in 2021 and it was quite a good experience, very professional and competent. Years later, due to work reasons, we decided to sell the attic with them again, given the pleasant attention we received from their side. And they provided excellent service once more, I can't say anything bad about this company, nor about the image represented by Mr. Gian, who has always been very kind, solution-oriented, and attentive to the details that these transactions require. Fantastic experience: Truly exceptional service. We approached Barreras early 2020 - looking to view an investment property. They found us a (different) property beyond expectation - ensuring our budget was more than satisfied. We`d paid a deposit only weeks before the pandemic hit. Giam & Co navigated us through what could have been an absolute nightmare - going over & above at every single stage. Most memorably, signing at the notary, in the middle of total lockdown. After a year "doing it ourselves", Barreras now manage the rental of our property & we have total confidence. The 5-star rating just isn't enough.
