Negative experience: The worst real estate agency and salesperson we have encountered. We lost money due to their mismanagement; after having agreed on the sale and completing the appraisal, they left us in the lurch. They do not refund our money or the time lost. They are not transparent; they did not want to provide all the certificates required for the property to be in order. And the agency accepted and condoned this. After their poor management, they stopped calling without seeking any solution for their mistakes. Be careful when signing the reservation contract. They refuse to include clauses that are perfectly valid. I would not trust the salespeople working at Perales and Real Estate Management. Very little empathy, very little tact. They complicate a process that is not easy at all and turn it into a negative experience. An ideal place if you want to end up without money and waste your time. A greeting to the salesperson. I hope she learns from this and does her job better with other families. In this case, a zero. It couldn't have been worse. I hope for a solution and that they refund my money.

Negative experience: Years ago I sold a flat with them and the agent brought me her 'lifelong neighbor' as a buyer. Honestly, I didn't find it professional. They looked more after the buyer than after me, who was the one that had hired their services and paid their commission, forcing a price drop. Furthermore, I was later asked for the fridge rubber after having signed, I wouldn't repeat because I still think the job wasn't done well and I lost money in that transaction because the buyer was close friends with the agent.
