Fantastic experience: Very professional and quick

Negative experience: I am writing the review a month after what we experienced with them, because we are calmer now and working with other real estate agencies that are much more professional. I will share our experience to warn that these people only seek money without caring about the harm they cause. I had never been treated like this, nor did I imagine that a company could be so unprofessional. We saw a house that happened to be owned by a relative of one of their employees. From the first minute, they encouraged us to make an offer, so we did because we loved it; the first one was rejected and the second was accepted by the owners. We requested a mortgage, they sent us the contract for the deposit, we reviewed it, everything was fine until they told us if we could sign that same day they sent it without much time to review it. We told them we had a doctor's appointment for something quite serious and if they could wait since our relatives were coming over the weekend to see it and make the signing. At that moment, their tone of voice changed, and they told us not to take too long because there was another offer but that they wouldn't tell the owners. We told them then we would sign the next day, we discussed and agreed on the time. Well, it turns out the boss started not answering our calls, the agent in charge (a relative of the owner) dodged the issue and said he hadn't spoken to his boss yet but would get back to us later. So, it was a day full of nerves until he had the audacity to tell us that a neighbor went to his relative's door and gave them the money they asked for, and they couldn't do anything. We know that is a lie because they told us about the other offer; the boss has not been able to answer our calls. They have left us hanging, with money we requested from the bank for nothing, and telling us lies just to get a few more euros. I find it inhumane and have never seen anything like it. I do not recommend this real estate agency even to my worst enemy; they have caused us significant emotional harm. They have played with the hopes of people who trusted them and asked for a little time due to medical issues. I hope you read this and realize that sometimes, it's more important to be loyal to your clients than to seek money.

Fantastic experience: We bought a facility from them and they managed a lease for us. We are from another part of Spain and it gives us great confidence to have professionals like Industrial Escobar close to the facility.
